i love to stay in this hotel . but the room smell like moldy due to misty air condition and makes the floor wet and slippery . makes the blanket moisty as well .

This hotel is supposed to be Hotel of the Year but it falls short on so many levels.
Dated hotel
Check in was a nightmare as waited awhile in line then it took another 12 minutes to check to see if room I had already paid for was available.
Went to room and key card did not work.
6 staff at front desk and only 3 working. Wi-Fi was not working but they finally fixed it. No hand towels or wash cloths in room.
Spoke to General Manager on duty and all she said was they were sorry and that was it.
Do not bother as this hotel is not worth it.

Staff was great! Love the location. Rooms are a little outdated. My biggest issue was the odor in the rooms, especially in the toilets. It smelled of sewage/canal. We had to look at at least 4 rooms before settling on one that had less smell. We had to buy air fresheners.

I've stayed for more than a week (staggered days). The hotel always do not provide enough toilet paper. There is always one half roll toilet paper which is not enough. The telephone in our room was not working that we had to go downstairs to ask for a bellboy but it took the bellboy awhile to come up. So we had to wheel our suitcases downstairs.
There is always issue with blocked bathroom sink plus connections of the shower needs fixing.
