Very pleasant staff despite our 1230 am check in. Great breakfast! Lots of options.

Not a great choice if you don’t have a car. Not much in walking distance. Luckily their bar serves food, but what I ordered was one of those prepared supermarket dinners that they microwaved (I was shown the package). There is ac in the rooms but mine didn’t work properly and I wasn’t able to sleep. On the flip side, staff was fabulous! Very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was brilliant and the staff are very friendly. The cleaning could have been improved upon. There was hair all over the bathroom. Whist they say the shuttle is included and you just need to contact them to arrange, unfortunately they did not respond to my numerous emails. Overall it's ok for 1 night

Shuttle to airport which is nice. Really just a place to stay if you have an early flight to catch. A bit overpriced but clean enough and safe enough.

Nice staff. Accommodation clean and comfortable but the place is worn and tired and in need of a refurb. It's very dated. We returned to our room to find the bathroom flooded and water pouring from the floor above.

Facilities are a bit dated, especially the elevator/electrical outlets etc. Staff was friendly and helpful—good food downstairs.

love how close it is to the airport and the staff are sooo lovely. I have stayed here a few times during my travels

2 night stay to catch plane at Faro

The property was ok. Everything was a bit dated. The pool wasn't well maintained and the breakfast wasn't good. But overall, it was affordable and clean.

We only stayed ine night. Arrived Faro at 23.00hrs so needed a hotel close to the airport before journeying on to our holiday location the next day. This hotel did the job. We didnt stay long enough to look around. The room was clean, breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant, which is really all you can ask for.

Hotel is a bit dated. Ok for somewhere to get your head down for a few hours before an early flight. However was noisy.

I checked in late, was quick & easy. Tired after a long day of traveling, I went to my nice double((king size bed) lakeside view room but neighbours were making loads of noise at 9:15pm. Could hear everything as walls very thin. Tried calling reception but no answer, had to go back down to reception, I was being seen to, by same man, he explained to the manager my situation but then 3 other already checked in guest turned up. I was left feeling frustrated for what seemed like 5 minutes and just wanted to go to sleep. I was given a new key card by the manager, unfortunately my room was facing the inside with twin beds, which were very firm & uncomfortable. I nearly fell out of the bed. There was no kettle in the room? Had to boil a pan of water to make a hot drink. There was long hairs on the floor in the bedroom & bathroom. The breakfast was just ok for me. Their rule was that you had to wear a swimming cap to use the jacuzzi & spa area. That you had to buy, I can not wear a cap due to my hairstyle, therefore could not use the spa. The house keepers were very noisy from 8am. I was there 2 nights & my room wasn’t cleaned. I asked for late check out on departure day but was advised I could not on the room i was in! At check out I handed over my key, was not asked if everything was okay with my stay? I had 2 X cases and struggling with shopping and none of the 2 people at the check in desk asked if I needed help when leaving.

Quite far from the airport, no amenities around so you have to get a taxi into town for restaurants. We had to request a room change as our initial room absolutely stank of smoke. The receptionist was great but overworked, it looked like her Supervisor was in the office behind her but did nothing to alleviate the queue of 6 customers check in - that was disappointing. Took us 45mins to check in.

Mold in shower, ripped curtains, no in room yea things. Breakfast coffee was worst I’ve ever tasted. Shuttle service not frequent, then Cab to airport only takes cash!!!
