Todo estuvo excelente,excepto q estan construyendo en el ultimo piso y se sentia todo en el piso 6 que fue en el q yo me hospede,empezaban tmprano en la manana y trrminaban bien tarde y eso si molestaba mucho aunque yo no paraba mucho en el hotel,,,por fuera de eso,todo estuvo genial

Love this place, they were doing some construction which was banging but i think it was just timing, but otherwise it was clean , beautiful views and right in front of the beach, available transport to your liking

my husband and I loved this property! Rooms are gorgeous,clean and smell amazing.The staff was so helpful and kind with a smile every time, the rooftop restaurant was beautiful and delicious! Loved the heated pool on 2nd level, the rooftop pool is being renovated soon, it was still cool. the beach is literally right out front, the front desk staff are amazing and kind! i have no complaints, except for the balconies being super tiny...other than that I still look forward to staying again!

The decor and durability of this hotel needs improvment. The elevators and rooms had a seemingly cheap Roman Clay paint job that made the hotel feel unkempt. I appreciated the trendy vibe the hotel was going for, but much of it seemed like a mediocre DIY project. If they are going to charge 4 star prices, they need professional design and remodeling.
The pool area was LOVELY! It is where we spent all of our time.

We had to check in super late due to massive delays. Front desk didn’t provide a warm welcome which was likely due to it being so late. But nonetheless we were awaken by construction at 10am for 3 days straight with no warning from the hotel and they are still under construction. Aside from that, hotel is clean but it is small with paper thin walls.

We felt very safe in this hotel and its surroundings all of staff was kind and very helpful and know oin offering services and places to visit . We would’ve loved to be able to have a spa day here but that did not take away from a wonderful experience

I got severe food poisoning on the first night & had to leave one day early to fly back to the u.s to see a doctor.
I called the front desk & asked politely if it would be ok to get a refund on the one extra night or get a credit for a future stay, they said I need to contact expedia because it is up to Expedia to decide, however, Expedia emailed me saying that the hotel specifically refused to refund me (attaching email from Expedia)
Never going back & I don't recommend.

The customer service in this hotel is terrible! No ice in the hotel, you have to go to the restaurants in the property to get ice and before they close otherwise you won’t have ice until the next day! The ladies at the reception desk are snippy and not helpful. The beach bartenders pass by every 2 hours to check if you need a drink!!! They dont accept Apple Pay you have to physically bring your cc to the beach/pool or cash, they wont charge anything to the room either.The towel boy are very great and prompt no complaints. The waiters and bartenders at the pools and the restaurants are awesome! The food a Kumo it’s great!!! The property is beautiful but they need to work on their staff’s customer service.

Nice rooms. But second time i stayed room had a shower that allowed a lot of water to be pushed out off the shower floor and into the room. Literally an engineering / common sense problem to not have the door to the shower close in a way the sweeps water into the bathroom and leak into the bedroom . Had to notify management that I spent 15 min trying to sop up water on the floor. Could not fully clean it up either.

El hotel es muy lindo! Las personas que trabajan en el hotel son muy amables y atentas, las personas que trabajan en la playa ayudándote con los parasoles también. La piscina es linda y tiene vista al mar, la habitación muy cómoda, el hotel fue un 10/10 volveríamos mil veces más. Lo malo, nos olvidamos un porta retrato y llamamos a preguntar 8h después del check out y nos dijeron que lo habían descartado, esto si nos pareció un poco triste, me imagino que huéspedes se olvidan un sinfín de artículos y lo primero que hacen en botarlos a la basura?? Sin siquiera esperar a que alguien llame o lo busque después ?
