I liked the property, there was a pool, and the rooms were unique and very quiet, despite the party in the lobby

We are fans of the Embassy Suites model. The environs are beautiful. It is very close to the hotel, but no shuttle that we know of. The suite was spacious. Interactions with staff was usually positive, but mixed. Front desk may be quite busy at times. Housekeeping tended to come quite late in the day for us. A casino was integrated into the hotel, which was not too distracting, and I lost a few bucks there, but had fun. This hotel caters to tourists, with a complementary breakfast and complementary evening drinks. They (loosely) enforced this with wristbands, which I did not particularly enjoy wearing. The hotel offers attended beach supplies - towels, chairs, umbrellas - and this was quite nice. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Check in was slow, we had reservations but had to check in twice, once to check in in arrival, a second time when our room became available.

The hotel needs a new chef. Chicken was dry every dish i had so were the eggs. Pool bathrooms were disgusting. I asked for 2 blankets they brougt me 2 sheets instead. Porter knocked on our door hours after dropping off blankets. I let front desk know and they dismissed my concern. I will not stay here again.

Did not like there was no parking available you had to pay for it but really appreciated the perks

There is a parking fee if you are renting a vehicle. There was one receptionist that was very unfriendly. Her name is Jusmary.

Everyone was so nice and helpful, the hotel was extremely clean down to the poolside bathrooms (which I visited frequently with my three year old). Extremely family friendly. I Can’t wait to come back and stay there again!

Broken table in the den area. Dirty vent in the bathroom. Carpet stains & really bad odor.

Close to everything

My family of four enjoyed our stay at the Embassy suites in San Juan. We had separate rooms, which was a plus. This hotel offers breakfast in the morning, 2 drinks and a chips as snacks in the evening. The pool area was nice and enjoyable . It’s located two blocks away from the beach and near restaurants and shops. The only issue I had was unfortunately, I did not have helpful check-in service. I was not given any information about the hotel and what they offer. I had to learn from a guest by the pool. Also, I was given a room that I did not pay for. I had to go back to front desk to get the room I paid for. You definitely need to be your own advocate.

They need entertainment for the guest, sure a boring hotel.

I will definitely be coming back to this hotel, staff, service, and cleanliness is 10/10. Something to know beach is in walking distance and there’s a pharmacy in walking distance on the way to the beach that has all essentials that you may need. The restaurants inside the hotel have amazing sea food 10/10. The mofongo is amazing there too. For the picky eaters, there’s wings, burgers, fries, quesadillas also by the pool area. Also free breakfast, and 2 free drinks a day during happy hour. When you go to the beach look for the orange umbrellas, those are the hotels, you don’t have to pay a rental for the chairs!

They didn’t offer cleaning daily, I had to ask for towels, and how are you going to only offer 2 bottles of water daily for a family of 4! Then an extra charge in receipt after leaving.
