Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan Hotel and Casino

Our room was very clean and fresh and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in early and get complimentary drinks during our stay. Great locations with many food options best the girl. 5 minutes from the airport!! for each night it's it stay

Needs better maintenance with outside landscape. Rooms need to be updated. This hotel used to be a more beautiful place to stay.

Amazing stay, service and perks!

The only things I liked were the pool, hot tub and I had an EXCELLENT massage with J. She was very professional and knew what she was doing. The staff overall was rude and acted like we were bothering them by our presence. It was a couple of nice staff. And when you say good morning they don’t even respond, just stare. How rude. This property was too far away from everything. It’s ok for people with small kids and that just want to get in the pool. They advertise it as a regular casino, and it is not.They have 5 tables and about 25 slot machines. This was a birthday celebration for a friend and it wasTHE WORST property I have EVER stayed at. The carper in the room was stained as well as the furniture and housekeeping was a joke. You can tell they just looked around and saw what was out of place and fixed it. They changed the towels, and made the beds. No vacuuming or sanitizing involved. I purposely didn’t wipe the faucet off in the bathroom to see if they would do it, and they didn’t. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this property at all. Book somewhere else. I promise you I can’t see how this place is highly rated. The staff(not all but majority) is HORRIBLE!! Hilton should be ashamed to own this property. I can’t be the only one who feels this way. This was my first time in P.R. and it will more than likely be my last.

The perfect place to stay for us since it was close to the airport as we had a late night flight. Easy check in, nice room, and enjoyed the restaurant.

Was charged twice on my credit card. Paid one price through Expedia and then charged another. $101.00 dollars for resort fee and valet parking which we did not use. Glad I noticed the double charge on my credit card. I thought what you booked on Expedia was the price.

Very friendly staff, a lot of nice amenities. Room was very clean, with a close proximity to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here

My stay was fine. I was expecting much better based on reviews that I read. The made to order breakfast was good. Happy hours were good too. Rooms were ok. I called for clogged toilet and left for day but looks like front desk forgot to address it. When we came back after 6 hours and reported it again then the issue was resolved. The convenience store near hotel was a good option. Overall a decent stay.

Great overnight option for travelers. $17 each way to airport. Plus tip. 10 minutes. Could live without that ‘resort fee’ after had to wait for our room and then go to the front desk and remind them. Bummer. We walked to the beach. Lots of stores and food options. Looked to be a fun place to spend more time.
