Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan Hotel and Casino

We enjoyed the casino, food, and pool area so much!

I have pictures that I can upload. Shame I’m unable to do so. I have been over charged. Called by the facility and told they would comp two days and never did. Now I have to call on Sunday because my boyfriend’s card was over charged by two hundred dollars. As I said before Rented two rooms and right a check in arguing with the front desk staff cause he keeps telling me $250 resort fees a room when Expedia said it would be $200 a room it was not. Nasty the rooms were especially the one where my kids are. Garbage under the couch and bed. Found someone glasses by the bed and the sheets that the used on the pull out couch was still there along with rappers and juice tops. Furniture is stained and ripped. “Clean” towels and wash cloths have stains. I have no body wash in my room. Front desk gave other people a room key to my children’s room. I find out in the morning when I go to the kids room. On that same night my boyfriend comes in and gets a new key from the front desk. Cause he can’t find his but it was in the car. When I leave the room at 530am to go to the car to make sure he didn’t leave anything my key card isn’t working to get back in my room. Why? I guess because he got a new key but he sleep so I go to the front cause I can’t get in. Oh great there isn’t anyone at the front desk at 5:53am to get help so I have to sit in the lobby and wait in my PJ’s 7 months pregnant. Will not book this place or through Expedia again.

Great location. Isla Verde beach about 7 minutes walk. There’s a fee for parking each day about ($22). Valet parking also available. Complementary breakfast (good options and friendly service) ROOMS: Overwhelming damp,mildew smell, very humid the smell was super strong. We requested another room and it was the same issue. I was very disappointed. Made me feel sick and stuffy nose. We enjoyed the nice pool. Everything was very clean. Onsite restaurant (sea food one) food was horrible. Service was quick and staff was friendly. Will I stay again? No!

Beautiful and clean location amazing service and drinks are incredible

Customer Service was great! Everyone was helpful. Had issue with our shower they tried to resolve it but still not as how it should be. Second time we stayed in less than 6 months.

Took my other half for his bday and we had an amazing time other than eating outside by the pool with them black birds trying to eat your food lol. it was great we will definitely come back

Best hotel I have stayed at in San Juan PR I always travel here but this is the first time staying in this hotel I will definitely be back soon love the friendliness of staff the room the breakfast the pool everything was great !

I liked everything, the location, the free breakfast and two drinks at happy hour. Everything is walking distance and the staff was great.

Housekeeping showed up twice out of 6 days, only once did we have the do not disturb sign on the door. We had to call for more toilet paper. The free breakfast was mediocre. But everyone was very friedly

The hotel staff were exceptional, and their service made our stay enjoyable. However, as a hemiplegic disabled veteran, I must urgently address the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan Hotel & Casino's compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regarding shower seat standards. These standards, which should support up to 250 pounds, were not met when my disabled uncle, a 95-year-old Korean War veteran weighing approximately 165 pounds, sat on the wall-anchored shower seat in our room. The seat detached from the wall, causing him to fall onto the shower floor (see attached picture). Another concern is the lack of a contingency plan for situations where the wall-anchored shower seat cannot be repaired or reinstalled. The hotel had no additional accessible rooms with roll-in showers and proper seating, which is understandable given the usual circumstances. Furthermore, they could not provide a portable shower chair. As a result, my uncle had to bathe using only a washcloth.

Property is nice with minimal issues however staff can lag behind on requests

Staff is very helpful and friendly. The pool area is very clean and inviting. Fitness center and laundry room well kept.
