I loved this place. Great food and vibes. They make it hard to leave. I recommend if it’s your first time on the island or any time for that matter.

Staff was helpful, and friendly. Concierge was knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting outings. On site dining options all surpassed expectations. Pool area is perfect for relaxing. Beach service always worked hard to accommodate requests and all guests. Everyone working hard. Highly recommend.

Great location and excellent customer service

Everyone at check in was so very nice. They all had smiles and were a pleasure to see the 4 times I visited the front desk during my stay. At the casino Christian, David, Rene and curly hair Carly was all immaculate, fun and happy every single day!! Monica my sweet waitress was such a darling and always had a smile while bringing me my sandwich and drinks! The hotel was beautiful and the room was very clean and comfortable. For the reception the sangria is TOP TIER delish! Went to the beach and there is a section specially for embassy suites. That was really nice to have umbrellas and chairs. It’s the orange section. Overall my stay was excellent. 🎉🎉🇵🇷

We had so many mosquitos flying in our room when we got there. The sheets were also dirty under the main cover sheet with blood stains.The water in the bathroom also smelled really bad when you turned on the shower head. Attempted to get another room but Expedia told us there was nothing that could be done about it. The staff especially the one gentleman in valet is awesome.

I have pictures that I can upload. Shame I’m unable to do so. I have been over charged. Called by the facility and told they would comp two days and never did. Now I have to call on Sunday because my boyfriend’s card was over charged by two hundred dollars. As I said before Rented two rooms and right a check in arguing with the front desk staff cause he keeps telling me $250 resort fees a room when Expedia said it would be $200 a room it was not. Nasty the rooms were especially the one where my kids are. Garbage under the couch and bed. Found someone glasses by the bed and the sheets that the used on the pull out couch was still there along with rappers and juice tops. Furniture is stained and ripped. “Clean” towels and wash cloths have stains. I have no body wash in my room. Front desk gave other people a room key to my children’s room. I find out in the morning when I go to the kids room. On that same night my boyfriend comes in and gets a new key from the front desk. Cause he can’t find his but it was in the car. When I leave the room at 530am to go to the car to make sure he didn’t leave anything my key card isn’t working to get back in my room. Why? I guess because he got a new key but he sleep so I go to the front cause I can’t get in. Oh great there isn’t anyone at the front desk at 5:53am to get help so I have to sit in the lobby and wait in my PJ’s 7 months pregnant. Will not book this place or through Expedia again.

Great location. Isla Verde beach about 7 minutes walk. There’s a fee for parking each day about ($22). Valet parking also available. Complementary breakfast (good options and friendly service) ROOMS: Overwhelming damp,mildew smell, very humid the smell was super strong. We requested another room and it was the same issue. I was very disappointed. Made me feel sick and stuffy nose. We enjoyed the nice pool. Everything was very clean. Onsite restaurant (sea food one) food was horrible. Service was quick and staff was friendly. Will I stay again? No!

Customer Service was great! Everyone was helpful. Had issue with our shower they tried to resolve it but still not as how it should be. Second time we stayed in less than 6 months.
