Stayed to celebrate my son’s fifth birthday, the front desk agent upon check in was very courteous and friendly. Was able to do early check in which allowed us more time to unwind and enjoy the facilities. Only suggestion I would make is to maintain the kids’ pool clean. Overall, a lovely experience and will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay during our recent family vacation to Puerto Rico. Hotel rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hot breakfast and evening happy hour were both a great bonus for us!

I will definitely be staying here again!! Everything was amazing, 2 free drinks a day included, hot fresh breakfast, the food st the dining options was good, live dj at the pool, the stay includes free beach chairs and an umbrella, etc etc the list could go on and on!!

Staff was helpful, and friendly. Concierge was knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting outings. On site dining options all surpassed expectations. Pool area is perfect for relaxing. Beach service always worked hard to accommodate requests and all guests. Everyone working hard. Highly recommend.

Everyone at check in was so very nice. They all had smiles and were a pleasure to see the 4 times I visited the front desk during my stay. At the casino Christian, David, Rene and curly hair Carly was all immaculate, fun and happy every single day!! Monica my sweet waitress was such a darling and always had a smile while bringing me my sandwich and drinks! The hotel was beautiful and the room was very clean and comfortable.
For the reception the sangria is TOP TIER delish!
Went to the beach and there is a section specially for embassy suites. That was really nice to have umbrellas and chairs. It’s the orange section.
Overall my stay was excellent. 🎉🎉🇵🇷

We had so many mosquitos flying in our room when we got there. The sheets were also dirty under the main cover sheet with blood stains.The water in the bathroom also smelled really bad when you turned on the shower head. Attempted to get another room but Expedia told us there was nothing that could be done about it. The staff especially the one gentleman in valet is awesome.
