Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan Hotel and Casino

Very good place but the living room area was outdated and musky. Bed room and pool are good.

The hotel was clean, safe, nice professional staff, pool was great and so was the restaurants.

I had a horrible experience at this hotel during my recent trip to Puerto Rico. After taking a red-eye flight and landing at 1:30 AM, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted—only to find out they had overbooked our room. This was beyond frustrating and incredibly inconvenient. Although they did send us to another hotel for the night, the situation was handled very poorly by the front desk worker Alejandro, who was rude, dismissive, and showed zero empathy. He didn’t care to offer an apology or any real help, which only made things worse. The next day, when we finally returned to the hotel, Jose at the front desk was much more professional and understanding. He made things a little better by offering us free parking and waiving the hotel fee, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the damage had already been done. To top it off, when we checked out, Alejandro was at the desk again and continued to be rude. I told him we were checking out and he just said “ok.” No proper checkout process, no apology, no thank you—just poor customer service from start to finish. Based on this experience, I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. The lack of professionalism and customer care, especially when dealing with travel issues, is unacceptable.

Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel was over booked and were given a room with a king size bed for our family of five. We were moved to our original sized room the next day. Other than that, our stay was great.

Close to airport. Staff friendly.

Amazing place can’t wait to return

I recently visited Embassy Suites during a girls’ trip to San Juan, Puerto Rico. The hotel was beautiful inside and out. There are 2 restaurants and a little store you can buy food/snacks/souvenirs, in addition to the area to eat at out by the pool. The food was delicious. The friendliness of the service workers was awesome. The breakfast was really good. The pool outside was beautiful. I can’t say enough good stuff about this hotel.

I like the idea of hot breakfast. I just wish it was not the same meal every day.

I liked the amenities and the staff (front desk, housekeeping, servers, etc). I didn't like the lack of bacon for breakfast.

My stay was absolutely beautiful. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is magnificent.

There was a Senior Prom going on the whole time I stayed there. It was impossible to sleep. Don't book rooms to travelers if you are going to have a prom at your hotel. At least let that be known during booking. Super inconsiderate.
