The place it’s really nice, good location and the services in general it’s great

This place was very nice, front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Great size pool for all ages, great bar and restaurant. The hotel provides you with beach chairs, towels and umbrella for the beach, which I thought was great. The hold your luggages before checkout and after checkout. But what I must say, the rooms have this unique odor. The odor reminds me of mold. I don’t know if the carpets in the room are not being cleaned correctly, maybe the furniture, or the air vents; but everytime I walked into my suite and family suite it was the same smell. The smell was only in the rooms not in the lobby or restaurants. Other then that my stay was great. Will definitely go again but I will bring a mold reader.

I didn't like that the room smelled bad, like cats or pets were there before us. The furniture is old and shabby. The bedrooms do not reflect the overall property. They need to upgrade furniture (run-down couches and chairs). Also, the rugs are old and smelly, and needs upgrading!

This is my second time staying here and I love that it’s close to the beach and the facility is nice and clean.

Everything was perfect

Check-in was very smooth and quick. Very nice hotel. I wish it wasn’t carpeted though. Only complaint is the pull out sofa squeaks Alot. They have one roulette table and it wasn’t that busy, which is a plus.

We had a early flight had to get up at 5 am Had a prom in banquet room, so loud felt like rooms were shaking Went on till 12am Charges were messed Would not stay there again

Great hotel and great experience! The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good. Veey nice pool also. My only complaints are the way the shower is designed (it's a half shower and not a full shower) and the check-in process (this should be more consistent so that everyone gets the same information. I was told different information from others in my party.) Other than that, it was a great experience!
