Breakfast and happy hour were wonderful. The room and property were very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were amazing especially the night shift clerk who assisted me when an emergency came up in my family! He faxed important documents that were vital and that meant a lot! The breakfast was awesome and the pool area was great!

I love Embassy Suites. Its a nice family hotel. Great for lengthy stay or just a couple of days before a cruise get away. Airport is walking distance, even though I would not recommend it as it is very hot and humid. I have just complaint. There were NO USB wall chargets or even on the desk lamps. This the first hotel of the many that I have visited that has NONE!!! Embassy thats just a few dollars per room. Orher then that I will stay again.

We arrived before the 4 PM check-in time and were allowed to leave our suitcases until our room was ready. We could also start using the facilities, including the pool and dining areas. Jasmarie and Albert at the front desk were very polite and accommodating. However, the rest of the staff were unfriendly. After wearing the paper bracelet for several days throughout the pool, beach, excursions, and showers, it disintegrated and fell off. I immediately went to the front desk to request a new one for my six-year-old, but a staff member, speaking in a rude tone, tried to charge me $40 for a paper bracelet that had fallen off my daughter. The staff member explained that it was important not to lose the bracelet because it granted access to all the amenities, including the pool and breakfast, which I had already paid for in advance. Additionally, if they want the bracelet to last through five days of chlorine in the pool and beach activities, they should consider using plastic ones like other hotels do. The dining options included fast food and other restaurants choices. Food was good and within walking distance, with reasonable prices from 5:30 to 7 PM. Each room was allowed two complimentary happy hour drinks per adult. The pool staff was friendly and kept the area clean The area at the beach that provides chairs towel ams umbrella’s free of charge. The man immediately let me know that this was a courtesy.That big plus for me and my family. My baby hates the sun and sand.

We had a good time staying at this property, although we were gone almost all day. The breakfast was a great way to start the day wi9thout trying to find a place to eat with so many of us. The pool area is nice, unfortunately because we were gone all day we only used it once at night. The staff was very nice and friendly, especually the breakfast staff very clean. If we asked for extra towels we got them right away.

Embassy Suites and Casino was a great stay. The hotel is beautiful and very close to the beach. The pool area is so relaxing and the music is fun! The full breakfast buffet , delicious coffee, juice and omelette station was a great way to get the day started! The area in Isla Verde Beach specifically for Embassy Suites guests is really nice and extra nice that they have umbrellas, beach chairs and towels ready for you and enjoy. Although the resort fee and parking adds to the cost, it’s well worth it. Hotel is also very close to airport which is very convenient. You’re also close to Old San Juan, El Yunque National Forest and Luquillo Beach which is also very pretty and family friendly!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was carpeted, had a slight musty smell but hotel was clean and a pleasure to stay in. Hotel is a mile from the beach, great location for walking around The pool was beautiful the only thing is We wished the pool had a swim up bar or a bar that stayed open a little later

Wish we looked around a bit more. This hotel was very pricey compared to better resorts with same pricing after looking when we saw the hotels around the area. Hardly a family suite. 1 bathroom, 1 living room with the pull out couch and the bed pad is so thin you could feel the springs. The room is so small that when the bed is open you cant walk by. I would never call this a suite. At night when there wasnt much security at the pool young kids literally took over everything. 1 hot tub and forget it ever being available because it had about 15 kids at all time. In the gym none of the treadmills were working, pool bar closed at 5:30 which is honestly insane. Not horrible, just not worth the hefty price tag. Not to mention they dont tell you when you check in be prepared to need to leave another $1000 as a “hold” Also, Be careful when walking up and down the stairs to the garage floor I fell down the stairs from the concrete being slippery and hurt my back pretty badly.

I had a wonderful time at this property with my family! Would stay here again! El patio restaurant had the best food! Ate there almost everyday and the staff was awesome Nelson & Delmarie!

The buffet breakfast was not good at all. Would not recommend it. The hotel is great.
