Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan Hotel and Casino

This was a perfect stay! The hotel is beautiful and has all the amenities you could want. We went with 2 small children and they absolutely loved it. Lots of food options for everyone. Will definitely be staying there again.

Hotel is nice. Beach is easily within walking distance. A lot of fast food/chain restaurants close. Uber is easily accessible and affordable to travel around!

It’s a great place to stay with children. The pool is nice and they clean it every day. The workers were friendly. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable. The furniture is a little outdated but that doesn’t bother me. Both restaurants have good food.

It was located in a very convenient spot. Near many shops and walkable distance from the beach. I truly enjoyed my stay as the staff was fairly nice and welcoming.

Lo escogí porque es uno de los pocos hoteles con un buen desayuno incluido, pero nunca fueron hacer servicio a la habitación ni tan siquiera ir a recoger la basura de los zafacones del cuarto, el hotel cobra exorbitantes taxes el estacionamiento si no me percato estaban cobrando valet parking y el estacionamiento es carísimo por noche en vez de darlo gratis a los locales, o un precio mas módico por 2 noches nos cobraron $50, tuvimos problemas con un turista en la piscina un morreno el cual estaba bajo los efectos de sustancias y desde el dia anterior estaba molestando a los niños y mujeres en la piscina tocandol@s y queriendose pasar más alla una persona temeraria y el hotel no cuenta con personal de seguridad apta para esa situación luego nos enteramos que esa persona ya no se estaba quedando alli y seguía utilizando las areas del hotel y tocando niños y queriéndose sobrepasarse con las mujeres los mismo huespedes tuvieron que unirse para sacarlo del lugar entonces la gerencia tomo cartas en el asunto, le retienen un dinero diario de la tarjeta de crédito cobrando cosas que no son (doble estacionamiento 2 autos y valer parking), si no te das cuenta pasa ficha luego del artercado en la piscina solo fueron y pidieron disculpas y nada mas dejamos de disfrutar ya que nos quedamos en shock por todo, fueron unas vacaciones de familia antes del comienzo de clases y perdimos el unico día que teniamos para disfrutar en la piscina por culpa del morreno ya que estabamos con nuestros -

Great place to stay. We had fun in the pool, at the casino, etc. Nice breakfast buffet. Great dining options. We would definitely stay here again

Excelente servicio. El desayuno me encanto porque habia variedad de todo. Las facilidades y el trato de los empleados. Todo brutal. Altanente recomendado.

Everything was excellent except two situations. First one, with a guest that in my opinion the staff should have handled it mor aggressively. An individual at the pool started a fight and it took them abou 30 minutes to get full control of the situation. Instead of remove the individual, they kept trying to calm him down with no success. All this while small children watching this. The other one was that music at the lobby was very loud until 2AM and due the way the rooms face into that area, specially the lower floors, it was really hard to sleep. Thats the only reason I'm giving 4 stars.

The property was convenient to walk to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool and the room was perfect for our family of five.

Good service but after my first night did clean the room next day and did not provide more towels until I requested. But overall is ok.

The Embassy Suites is a beautiful facility with great amenities. It is clean, the breakfast menu is very nice, the room was clean, the pool was outstanding.

Family of 5 really enjoyed. Very walkable. Beach, food, bar, pharmacy all within walking distance. 25 mins from rainforest, 25 mins from old San Juan

Excellent Hotel especially at the price point. Plenty of restaurants near by. Beach is 5 minute walk, with chairs and umbrellas provided by embassy suites at the beach.

My family and I have an amazing 7 days , the food, environment, pool and Rainforest experience was an unforgettable experience
