Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan Hotel and Casino

Room was spacious and it was very quiet. The staff was nice but clearly understaffed as it was a challenge to get towels or our room cleaned but overall it was a good location, very safe and the facility itself was always clean. I do wish the coffee shop opened earlier than 9, so I could get a better coffee.

We didn’t have our room serviced one day. I suspect that you are short handed. Other than that, our stay was great.

The service was horrible. I had to request towels 4 times never got any so I had to use pool towels. Did not pick up garbage left out of room.

The bed underskirt was stained all around the bed. I paid over 350 dollars for one night to wait over 3hrs to check in. The parking garage and elevators reaked of urine.the staff were nice but manager say they are under staffed. Never coming back.

Excellent location to the beach, but the hotel mattresses were terrible, and the furniture needs to be updated, along with plugs for electronic items. Breakfast was not as good as at other Embassy Suites we have stayed at, but even the reception was okay. The pool area is pleasant and relaxing. Overall, my family and I had a great time.

The local area aside from the beach does not have much to offer. Very limited and overpriced dining. The food options in the hotel were poor quality particularly the “free breakfast”. The only good quality option was the made to order omelette but with one staff member taking orders and cooking the queue was very long and not very convenient. Very limited fruit, the hot buffet options were bad quality, overprocessed and cheap, the fruit “juice” station was filled with cheap syrupy liquid that didn’t even resemble fresh juice and probably less healthy than a soda, which was also offered at breakfast for some reason?? The cafe was equally bad, the poorest quality food I’ve seen in a long time and I’m talking basics like pizza, chicken tenders and sandwiches. The pool area was pretty nice but there were never enough umbrellas put out so we often had to sit in the burning sun with young kids. The hotel offered towels, longers/umbrellas at the local beach but it was quite a walk to get to the reserved spot on the beach and they took everything away at 4:30pm which seemed very early. We often often couldn’t get towels. The wrist bands that we were expected to wear for two weeks were made of paper and fell apart after swimming, showering. When we asked for replacements after losing a couple swimming at the beach, we were warned by the hotel staff member that we had to produce the old band or would be charged for replacements. All in all it felt like very poor value for money.

I definitely would recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe good time . All amenities were within walking distance and transportation around the area was affordable and prompt when scheduling a ride. ie Uber

This property have all the amenities that I was looking for. Breakfast, free drinks , water pool and beach that is close , parking , and resteraunts , laundry facility and pickup tours can pick you up at that hotel.

Stayed two nights on business. Property in need of a facelift.

The staff was rude. They clean the rooms every other day. Coffee machine did not work.

The staff was nice and friendly and accommodated my needs to the fullest. It was a great hotel experience and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and happy hour too. I will definitely visit this hotel in the future.

Close to the beach

Being in walking distance to dining and shopping was great.

Hotel is very nice but I did not care for all the high hidden fees that come with the stay and guest aren’t aware of till check in
