I loved the property and its cleanliness. Also the rooms are beautiful , spacious , comfortable, and with beautiful modern decor that makes you feel like you’re on a tropical vacation for sure . Our bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed including safe box , microwave , mini fridge , desk , two TVs , living room . The shower had good quality shampoo , conditioner, and body wash that smelled wonderful! The rooms were cleaned everyday ! there were so many cool perks like getting towels and lounge chairs for the beach ..fresh coffee 24 /7 in the lobby …and our favorite was happy hour in the afternoons . That was a nice touch. Breakfast was included daily , but it was ok. A nice touch I noticed was if you’re running late , you can get a To go bag with a few things . I never used that service , but I saw other guest do that .
I have to give props to the friendly front desk staff , but particularly Freddy !this man deserves a raise today ! He was so informative , helpful , kind , funny , pleasant , and so welcoming. He is the kind of employee every hotel needs. Every night we came back from our outings , we looked forward to seeing him . We will definitely be back . Thank you for a wonderful experience and making every penny worth it .

The location and staff were great. Pool bar and grill were amazing, breakfast, and happy hour were the best.
However, I noticed my son having a few bites but at first did not think anything of it. I thought it was mosquitos at first. The day we get back home my mother in law and myself were covered in bites. A few days past and they got worst so I have a doctor take a look and they confirmed it was bed bug bites.
I usually don’t write reviews but this is a health hazard and unacceptable. I called the property today 7/1/24 but the person at the front desk stated no manager was on duty. Which I find that hard to believe because it’s a hotel why wouldn’t there be a night shift manager?
I had nothing but great things to say when I got home until we were itchy non stop from the bites ALL OVER our bodies.

I loved the location. 5 minutes from the beach with free beach chairs and umbrella provided bt hotel. Also loved happy hour from 5 to 7 every night with free drinks and snacks. Breakfast was great and had plenty of options. Staff was very kind and helpful.

The floor wasn't vacuumed or mopped. Crumbs, hair and dirt was all over the floor. A member in our group slept on the hide a bed couch in the living area and when he moved the ottoman, he found a pair of shoes and a cup that did not belong to our party. My mom wanted to take a bath, but the bathtub was filthy. Luckily the beds were clean and we enjoyed the happy hour.

Since it’s close to the airport you can expect some aircraft noise during the day but it was very quiet at night. I was surprised to learn that they offer a shuttle to the beach along with free passes for chairs and an umbrella on the beach.
