They do bed making every other day, change the towels, empty the trashcans everyday. Happy hour from 5pm-7pm free alcohol. walkable to the beach less than 10mins, safe place. highly recommend.

The staff were amazing from the front desk to the breakfast crew! The food options offered daily were excellent. Close proximity to some good food options as well as the beach. Only complaint was paid parking was not included in the incidental charges. Other than that is was a nice stay.

Great location, friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and the to go bag was unexpected but welcome since the rest of our party was flying at noon.

Super clean, excellent service, attention to detail, staff constantly keeping common areas clean and DRY despite unconsiderate guests (all age groups) coming inside dripping wet from the pool. Excellent breakfast buffet with perfect hours, nice happy hour every day. Good location, close to dining options and a 7 minute walk to the closest beach where you get loungers and umbrellas, complimentary for guests.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites was horrific. It was like being at Cancun on spring break. My husband and I stayed for a short vacation 4 days. Out of the 4 days we enjoyed one relaxing day. The pool was packed with guests we could not even enjoy it. Your happy hour from 5-7pm was not worth waiting for. It was my understanding that people that were not even staying at the hotel snuck in and overcrowded the hotel. We walked to the beach everyday. The beach did not have restrooms or showers to rinse off. Therefore we left the beach early. The one day we got to enjoy the pool, there were white wormy unknown things floating in the water. We got out of the pool. It was disgusting. The only good thing was housekeeping.

I wished parking would had been included . Extra fee for parking unnecessary . Maybe a second vehicle… the price should include parking. Overall great place and Happy Hour and Breakfast included was a plus

House keeping not done every day

Convenient location, superb staff, very good breakfast included, well rounded and comfortable facility. The hotel lobby has a very modern look and feel. The room was spacious yet dated. Inside our bathroom, in the shower area, there was a poorly repaired patch work which did not look good at all. Overall, I do recommend, although I feel the rooms need some updating.

Liked most things other than it’s pricier than many other Hampton Inn properties.

Breakfast was good

I loved the property and its cleanliness. Also the rooms are beautiful , spacious , comfortable, and with beautiful modern decor that makes you feel like you’re on a tropical vacation for sure . Our bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed including safe box , microwave , mini fridge , desk , two TVs , living room . The shower had good quality shampoo , conditioner, and body wash that smelled wonderful! The rooms were cleaned everyday ! there were so many cool perks like getting towels and lounge chairs for the beach ..fresh coffee 24 /7 in the lobby …and our favorite was happy hour in the afternoons . That was a nice touch. Breakfast was included daily , but it was ok. A nice touch I noticed was if you’re running late , you can get a To go bag with a few things . I never used that service , but I saw other guest do that . I have to give props to the friendly front desk staff , but particularly Freddy !this man deserves a raise today ! He was so informative , helpful , kind , funny , pleasant , and so welcoming. He is the kind of employee every hotel needs. Every night we came back from our outings , we looked forward to seeing him . We will definitely be back . Thank you for a wonderful experience and making every penny worth it .
