Hampton Inn and Suites San Juan

The staff's treatment and availability to guests were very good. The pillows were too soft. Not firm enough

First, I have stayed at this hotel several times and always had a great stay. However during this recent stay, I was treated badly by the bar staff, my order was taken and when it finally was after waiting for 15 minutes they forgot about my order after I waited for 45 minutes. Then the person on the grill said “so do you want it or not?” When I reported the incident to the manager he offered me a soda and that was it. I went back to my room and there was a bug in my bed that appeared to be a carpet beetle larva and when I reported it they said they didn’t have any other rooms available and would send someone tomorrow. That was unacceptable to me so they offered us a suite and helped to bring our stuff over. The staff is usually very nice and helpful but maybe the carpets should be replaced along with the curtains. The pool is always great.

Kevin(I hope is the correct name) Always have a smile and always is a yes... All the staff including Pool area there are 💯... Always my 1# spot almost every 2 month...

Everything was just beautiful. This will definitely be the number one recommended hotel when I come back to Puerto Rico.

It’s so close to the airport, yet still surprisingly quiet at night. The staff (especially Juan, who is around the lobby) is outstanding. Late check-out was easy, which my family and I appreciated so much. It’s within walking distance of beautiful beaches. Options for breakfast are pretty limited, and the food is not that good.

The hotel needs some serious maintenance attention. Entire hotel smells really moldy. During my stay I had to take Benadryl twice a day. The only positive thing about my experience was the location of the hotel.

The property was older (broken fixtures and no steaming tv) could really use a refresh. The staff was amazing though and the breakfast was great.

Great stay! Breakfast was yummy. Beautiful beach access and happy hour didn't disappoint.

The hotel is very clean, very close to convince store, restaurants etc. the breakfast was very good and the staff was phenomenal front desk Victoria very helpful along with abraham open to give suggestions and very polite. In the pool was one of my favorite the bar personnel we very fun always attentive Joel Irma made the best cocktails… I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in the hamptons inn & suites in San Juan. Love the Happy Hour from 5pm to 7pm. Loved Hot tub and swim up bar. You get a voucher for unberlla and chairs for the beach included daily included in your resort fee. Fabulous time.

Property is very nice and clean, check in was smooth and easy, to be a busy hotel they keep it clean and staffed. Hotel is in a good area with plenty of options to walk and see

I'm very upset because my two daughters and I were installed for 5 days and they never went to clean my room not even to take out the garbage, they didn't bring clean towels and any basic things like toilet paper and we didn't have shampoo, conditioner or shower gel we had to go to order every time we needed something, the front desk guys were friendly but the women are rude and disrespectful especially the one named Victoria, when we tried to ask if they could clean the room Victoria quite rude said that if we arrived Saturday on Sunday they don't do it and Monday everyone was busy with other rooms and yesterday Tuesday like there was not point to do it because we living on Wednesday, so in other words nothing to do, sadly very bad experience and for some reason the room always feels humid and with a weird smell, honestly I don't recommend it and I will never come back. If a could gave 0 stars I’ll give it for sure. El hotel ofrece 2 botellas de agua gratis por día nosotras solamente las 2 que encontramos cuando llegamos tuvimos Una noche compré en la tienda de el hotel mac and cheese para mi hija y cuando iba a pagar pedí una botella de agua y la misma Victoria me estaba cobrando mucho dinero y le pregunté porque y me respondió que era por el agua y le dije que entonces no la quería que

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, the staff are helpful and it is in a safe place.

I had a wonderful time . Everyone there was friendly and helpful. The property was very nice . I felt very safe ..I enjoyed lounging by the pool and having my lunch at the bar.. It was a bonus with breakfast included.

This day was pleasant, but very overcrowded. Staff was friendly. Pool was clean. Hot tub was clean. Music was enjoyable and pool area.
