This hotel is in a great location. The Isla Verde beach has an entry way across the street from this hotel. The staff is welcoming and hotel is clean.
Our only recommendation is for the hotel wedding planner/coordinator to monitor bands playing after 11pm on rooftop since the sound travels down to guests, on lower floors.

Wow! The staff was amazingly helpful and absolutely wonderful! Bartender was full of advise for us! She really gave us wonderful places to visit! The beach was directly across the street and unbelievably beautiful and clean! Rooms were spacious and comfortable! Definitely would stay here again and again!

I have to say we went thru a hectic day trying to get back to NYC. Our flight was canceled and we booked this hotel. This was the best hotel ive ever bern too. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Im considering having my wedding here.

Front desk staff very attentive especially David,we had an issue with the safe box and he sent right away somebody to help us, rooms are ok , not enough light , there was nowhere to hang wet clothes or towels, the hotel is very clean
