Stayed in the family room. 1 king size and bunk beds. Pretty big room. Chill hotel right across the street from isla verde beach. So many restaurants and stores walking distance. Would stay here again.

This property was clean. The staff was always very friendly and answered all the questions we had. It’s a very cozy hotel, located at the perfect place. You have food chains near the hotel, the beach is across the street. Perfect for families.

Technically there is nothing wrong with the property itself. The staff in hotel restaurant were slow, seemingly not caring that someone was standing there waiting to be served. They were all in the back. I can understand why it was always empty. The restaurant was called Emigrante. I don’t recommend eating there unless you want to wait for a long time to be seated or served. The hotel pool was fabulous though small, it was perfect Hotel staff was very friendly. Overall great stay.
