Hotel dengan pemandangan terbaik sedunia, langsung view-nya Ka'bah. Kamar residential suites view Ka'bah ini sangat luar biasa, cocok sekali bawa keluarga. Breakfast-nya pun beda kalau kita pilih kamar ini, harusnya di M2 kalau breakfast, nah khusus residential suites breakfast-nya di lantai 29, restoran yang view langsung Masjidil Haram dan sebagian Ka'bah serta kota Mekkah yang luar biasa, Jabal Nur pun kelihatan, pokoknya hotel terbaik di Mekkah 👍.

Our stay at the Makkah Royal Clock Tower Fairmont was wonderful. The location was perfect, safe, convenient, and just steps away from the Haram. The view from our room was breathtaking, and we truly enjoyed it every day. The hotel sits above a quiet shopping center, which made it easy to find anything we needed without the crowds.
The room was comfortable, the bed was clean and cozy, and everything felt well-maintained. The staff made us feel welcome, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. We all enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Makkah!

It is a great property and lived up to its reputation. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and kitted out with very modern facilities. The breakfast was fantastic. I got a Haraam view room and it was so worth it. Was a very special stay.
The staff were all very helpful and polite. The one thing I would say is that the room service line took forever to answer and pick up. I appreciate it is a busy hotel and apparently there is a way to order online as well. However, that option is not at all obvious or working. I was able to go online using a QR code and access the menu but there was no way to order online even though the staff were saying there is. As a result I had to stay on the room service hold line for nearly 30 mins.
Aside from this minor hiccup, it was a great stay. I would highly recommend to others and also go again myself if the occasion arose.

We loved our stay there. The staff was very nice when we checked in the person name. Muhammad was at the counter. He was exceptionally good. He spoke very good English and took care of us. I would definitely stay there again. Best hotel experience.

When I checked in I was given a very small corner room with three beds tightly packed next to each other with no space between beds to pass through. No night stands were next to any beds. It felt like sardines stacked there. I had a for booking for three adults. I went back to the check in desk and the deputy manager changed the room to an adjacent room that had more space and furniture. I don’t know why the first employee didn’t check us in the room we booked originally since it was available. Also the first room bathroom was smelling like cigarettes although it’s a smoke free property. Additionally we asked for a white flat sheet to use under the fleece blanket they gave us for the extra bed or an extra comforter. They kept bringing a wrong item (another fleece blanket). I kept calling and explaining that a need a white flat sheet. In the end they brought nothing and ignored my request. Over all we had a nice stay except for the misfortunate events in the beginning that I wouldn't expected from The Fairmont.

I recently stayed at the Fairmont Makkah in a Fairmont Gold Junior Suite, and while the location and the room itself were lovely, the service left a lot to be desired. Despite requesting an early check-in, we ended up waiting around two and a half hours before getting access to our room. The dedicated Gold lounge was under renovation, and the temporary reception area had issues with air conditioning. While the staff was polite, they weren’t very accommodating.
In-room dining was another disappointment. Our dinner arrived late and incorrect, and when we tried to contact the staff to fix the order, we received no prompt response. Although they promised to send the missing items, nothing ever arrived, and there was no follow-up or apology.
When we checked out, the Gold lounge was finally open, but we faced difficulties getting a refund for the incorrect charges. The process was slow, and despite leaving my account details, I still haven’t received the refund hours later. While the food was delicious, the service experience was far from what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. Sadly, I don’t think I will repeat my stay in the future.

I have full pictures of my room. Grime all over the shower, dirty coffee tray, tore duvets on both beds. And we complained to the hotel staff and management and its been 3 weeks after we left and noone even bothered to come back to us
