Very close to the Grand Mosque. The food court area has plenty of options. I think I'll stay here again with the kids if I perform Umrah again. Very comfortable, clean, and relaxing... :)

Customer service was terrible, room was not ready and waited around 2 hours after checking time. They were resistant yo give wheelchair for disabled person.
Room was smelly, cleaning person was mean and did get cleaning when asked. Room service was slow and took hours to complete request.
Overall stay was not comfortable and will not recommend this hotel. You can find best hotel with that price in same area.

Msg for clients. Value for money. Very good for getting to Haram by foot. Again well worth it in respects to how much against other local higher named hotel.
Msg for hotel. Only thing I didn’t like was in the reception lobby area the Oud scent smell was too much and very much overpowering. This smell should be subtle. I have stayed in Fairmont twice and the smell is subtle.

The classic room with city view and 3 single beds: The bed size was like children bed. No where near a twin bed size. My both rooms gave an odor. In one room the musky smell was so severe that I had to request my room to be changed. No microwave to heat any food. Very inconvenient. Bathrooms were very outdated and in extremely poor condition/nasty.
The house keeping was done daily and polite.
Location of hotel is convenient.
Breakfast was good experience with many choices to pick from.
Overall, overpriced considering room conditions. Would not book it next time.

Excellent location but after checkout having picked up by a car service took so long that I was late at the airport. The security wouldn’t let our taxi come in hotel. Pullman Zamzam can do better with coordinating with the officers to make it an easy for its guest to check out. Too many busses in that parking lot
