Closeness to the Haram

The hotel staff were very helpful and familiar, willing to do any thing for happy stay. The hotel staff upgraded my booking from room with 2 queen beds to 2 bedroom hotel apartment for free, for more easy and happy stay.

There was no microwave which drives us crazy

Room condition is so bad this is old room

Amazing location and great service. Buffet breakfast was second to none specially Shehzad Ahmed the person covering the area my family and myself were seated was the best. We missed him on the day he was off. Excellent place to stay. We really enjoyed staying here. My wife and kids are already asking me to come back and stay here next year. Amazing place. Highly recommended. Saeed Mian.

Very close to Haram

Entre la porte de votre chambre et la salle de prière de la mosquée de la kaaba, il faut entre 30 et 40 minutes !!! Il y a un ascenseur pour descendre à l'accueil de votre hôtel, puis il y a l'ascenseur du centre commercial à prendre pour sortir du complexe hôtelier de 7 hôtels, un cauchemar sans fin plusieurs fois par jour. Le petit déjeuner est le seul point positif de cette hôtel. Sinon impossible de dormir de jour comme de nuit, car il y a des travaux de rénovation(bruit de marteau piqueur) et les autres clients sont extrêmement bruyants, on entend tout, tout le monde, les enfants courent et crient, c'est tout simplement invivable, on voulait juste partir de là mais on avait tellement payé cher la chambre qu'on est resté. Hôtel à éviter. Le centre commercial est très cher par rapport aux restaurants dans la grande rue populaire, il y a tellement de monde, c'est étouffant, effrayant, bruyant, avec des mendiants partout ( enfants, jeunes femmes avec bébé, homme habillé en serviette hiram) et qui vous suivent sans relâche (quel cauchemar pour les semer).

Located in the clock tower building, so among the closest to the Kaaba. Great shopping in the building itself, self contained, crowded lifts, overpriced, but choices are limited when its comes to accomodation in the area. Rooms could defintely get a make over, bathrooms aged and need attention. Breakfast however was amazing.

Extremely happy really clean and modern A bit expensive but if you can afford then definitely recommend it

Customer service was terrible, room was not ready and waited around 2 hours after checking time. They were resistant yo give wheelchair for disabled person. Room was smelly, cleaning person was mean and did get cleaning when asked. Room service was slow and took hours to complete request. Overall stay was not comfortable and will not recommend this hotel. You can find best hotel with that price in same area.

Excellent place and extremely near to Haram Pak.
