Hotel is in an excellent location. The room we had was overlooking the river and castle so we were very lucky. We were going to a show at the Eden Court theatre which was only a short walk away. My only criticism is the lack of parking for guests staying at the hotel.

Great location. Hotel is beautifully clean and cosy. Only issue maybe was the parking situation. Only a few spaces available that we never managed to park in. There were a few parking spaces a few minutes walk away that had been allocated for the hotel but not ideal if you’re elderly or disabled. Overall a very happy customer who had a relaxing stress free stay.

As per email received all works are done so why is there scaffolding out the front defeats the "free upgrade of a riverside views". Booked for a bar meal we put into restaurant where to be honest a very limit choice of food was offered

Only stayed two nights and it should have been way more! They got me in for a massage and it was fabulous. Pool and facilities are to die for! Hot tub could be hotter. Our room was INCREDIBLE and had a beautiful view of the river!! Absolutely will be booking more BW hotels because we had such a grand time here.

The property was beautiful and the staff at reception were great. The only thing I was disappointed in was the parking. I chose this hotel because it offered free onsite parking. There was no parking available when we arrived and were told we had to find street parking. I was not familiar with the area and this is stressful, hoping the car will be alright and we won't have to walk far. Thankfully there was a gentlemen helping with parking who showed us where to go. I just wish we could have parked in the lot like we thought when we booked.

Excellent staff and facilities just a few minor flaws in the finishing touches of the room such as holes in the walls, scuffs and displaced lino flooring. Overall an excellent trip, good food, great cocktails and access to the spa facilities made the trip special. Would recommend ❤️

Everything here was terrific, even the parking situation worked out fine in spite of the limited off-street spaces available (we parked within a block on-street both nights with no issues). Best gym facility of the seven 4star properties we stayed in during our time in Scotland. Very helpful, pleasant staff, comfortable room, lovely location.

Lovely hotel with great pool and spa area. Unfortunately, we did not sleep due to the noise from the floorboards from the room above us. It was very loud and could hear every step they were taking. The noise was the same in the hallway. There is very limited parking for the size of the hotel, they can give you a permit for a car park that is a further walk away.
Overall a nice looking hotel but due to the lack of sleep I would not return.
