the staff were very helpful. unfortunately when i stay they had to fix the elevator so noisy in the morning. but they give us a big plate of fruits for the unconvinced.great thing is bus transport literary infront the hotel but for mrt bit far

The hotel is good, spacious, and the price is reasonable.

Please, don't push your luck staying here, I know it's an old hotel, that is acceptable, but cleanliness has nothing to do with it. Came to Singapore during F1 season, and we all know how expensive hotels could get during an international event. Found this hotel with an amazing location. Bus stop is in front of the lobby, Newton food center was around the corner, Novena MRT station was 8 minutes walk. location wise, it's amazing. But when it comes to cleanliness, it was the worst experience I have ever had in Singapore. When I saw a 4 star hotel, I chose it, I mean, how bad could it be? a 4 star hotel in SINGAPORE? I was dead wrong. The room was damp, my clothes are pretty much almost wet the morning after. The collection of dust was spectacular. I don't really think they clean everything during routine house keeping duties. They might change the bed sheet (or maybe not), emptied the bins, but that was pretty much it. AC was not working properly, found my self woke up 3 am in the morning wet of sweats. The room smells funny, they don't serve water in the room, but they do have dispensers at every floors. I mean, it's 4 star hotel! I will not ever come back, and neither should anyone, it was a rip off.

sudah 2x menginap di sini. hotelnya nyaman dan mudah d akses. depan hotel langsung halte bus. jadi connecting ke MRT pun jadi mudah. kamar tidurnya luas di bandingkan hotel lainnya. harapan kedepannya agar dapat di renovasi lg untuk interior kamarnya.

Awalnya sedikit kecewa dengan resepsionis. Karena saya pesan 2kamar. Saya masih belum sampai..jadi ibu saya yg lebih dulu sampai di hotel saya suruh chek in . Tp resepsionist menolak karena bukan saya sendiri yg datang. Padahal kita ada foto dan kode booking hotel.

Pengalaman menginap yang luar biasa, akses mudah, ramah layanan staff-nya, kamar luas dan bersih.

Phòng rộng rãi, giường 1.8m rất phù hợp cho nhà có con nhỏ. Vị trí gần mrt, bus.

The room is too cheap compared to the quality, not too luxurious but spacious and clean. The staff is enthusiastic, helping me book a car and make international calls. The small minus point is that the room is a bit cold.

The bus stop is in front of the hotel, making it easy, and the rooms are quite spacious.

Sangat bagus untuk perjalanan bisnis trip karena area cukup nyaman dan MRT dekat.

Semua staff sangat friendly dan sangat cekatan
