Holiday Inn is a functional hotel that you stay at if you want to get to the airport early. The staff were polite and attentive. The rooms were nice and and clean, had been freshly painted so there was a smell. The beds are comfortable. The restaurant downstairs offered food but wouldn’t recommend it. Great for a stop over.

Good hotel & breakfast, clean, maybe the room can be a little bit bigger

We were placed in a handicap only accessible room without asking us for our preference. This room might have been useful if you are wheelchair bound, but this was difficult for my wife to navigate with knee surgery

We had no Air Conditioning and the staff didn’t offer to move us on gave an email address the next morning to send a complaint

We had an early flight Sunday morning, which is why we booked this hotel so close to airport. Noise from other inconsiderate guests, including a huge group of children shouting aa they came up and down in the lift on 3 occasions, and a group of young men sitting in the corridor, talking loudly just outside our room at midnight, made it inpossible to sleep. The staff really need to monitor this..we had to ask the other guests to be quiet. I am sure we are not the only people trying to get some sleep before early flights. We would not recommend this hotel unless management get this behaviour under control. Staff showed little or no concern

Hemos ido en familia para pasar una noche ya que teníamos un evento en la ciudad. El trato ha sido muy bueno con el chico de la recepción y el desayuno estaba bien pero con pocas opciones. La habitación amplia, las camas y almohadas confortables. Sin quejas.

Perfect location to explore Bilbao and surrounding cities in a short stay. Value for money for breakfast and shuttle to the airport. Friendly staff. Muchas gracias!

One night stay for early morning flight. Comfort shutttle and breakfast available since 5 am.

Good location for a night while waiting for a flight,nice breakfast and a courtesy bus makes it easy.

The hotel staff was wonderful. Carolina was wonderful giving us many tips on visiting Derio next door and other places in the area. She was very helpful and a wonderful person.

There was a large water leak in a restaurant attached to the hotel. This resulted in fire alarms going off throughout the hotel and people evacuating their rooms. The alarms could not be turned off until the police arrived, which was approximately 40 minutes later. To add insult to injury, we awoke to no hot water, and then the water being turned off completely at 9 am for repairs which we were told would take several hours. The hotel did not offer any form of credit or compensation when we checked out. Just a “sorry for the inconvenience “. Hotel should have a policy of some form of credit for a bad situation like this. You can’t simply blame the attached restaurant when it affects your business.
