주차가 평리하고 객실이 깨끗함 주변에 도보로 갈만한 괜찮은 삭당들이 있음 가격이 매우 합리적임

가족여행에 최고 침대가 4개인데 하나가 커서 5명이 사용가능. 리셉션에 캡슐커피 셀프로 뽑아마실 수 있음. 가성비 최고 다음에 취리히 가면 여기서 묵을의향 99%입니다. 공항에서 버스타면 10분이내 거리 청결도 높음

客室は広く機能的で清潔です。クローテン駅のすぐ近くで便利です。世界遺産のあるザクトガレンやチューリッヒへの電車のアクセスが良い。チューリッヒ空港へもタクシーで１０分です。レストランのスタッフは、頼むとご飯を温めてくれて有り難かったです。 朝食が美味しかった。駅の線路にそった長い建物で、なぜか廊下のカーペットが埃っぽく感じた。ロビーに無料のコーヒーや炭酸水がありました。

The staff wee great had no issues with the property was clean but unfortunately no one cleaned my room or my parents we came back the maids didn’t bother to clean or take the rubbish or replace items so that was disappointing that’s never happened before was a letdown otherwise I would have come back and also no ac made the rooms stuffy

The room itself was nice and clean and spacious. My only issue was the directions on how to find the hotel from the train station as well as getting to the airport. We ended up having to walk 2 miles with all our luggage to the airport.

Everything was perfect but they did not have air conditioner in room which made it less comfortable. Overall is very good

We at the hotel during my trip to Zurich. This was our second time here. The hotel is conveniently located where you can easily get a train to the City Centre. There are a few convenience stores and restaurants close by as well including Aldi. The staff is very nice and friendly but if you are travelling in the summer, make sure you check prior as the hotel doesn’t have any air conditioning. They give you 2 fans in the room but those don’t help much. There is a fridge in the room if you are looking to store some food or leftovers. Overall nice place but I wouldn’t book it again in the summer.

The hotel is well located and easy to reach. All staff were really helpful and were responsive. The only issue was lack of air conditioning in the rooms that would have made it 5 stars especially when staying in the summer

I was very surprised to learn that the restaurant was closed at weekends. I have never experienced that in almost 20 years of travelling. I was away to Lucerne all day and returned to the hotel very tired and hungry. Everything else was excellent. Location was great for the airport and city centre. Staff were great, breakfast was excellent. The rooms wete spacious and very clean. House keeping was very good too. I thought the spa facility chargeable at 90 franks for 90 minutes was way too expensive, that put me off even trying it. Im a member of a 5 🌟 hotel spa facility and I'm £70 for the month. Overall a great place to stay, I'd recommend the restaurant to be open at the weekends, that's all 🙏

Wonderful hotel. Room was a lot larger than we were expecting. There was heaps of storage space to help with keeping the floor clear. Room was very clean and comfortable. We checked in quite late, however were met by very pleasant check in staff. We only stayed the one night, but would very happily have stayed longer

Staff were fantastic throughout the entire hotel!

Gerne wieder

Nie wieder! Schon die Ankunft war katastrophal - die Drehtür stoppte plötzlich und verletze mich am Kopf. Der Kommentar des Personals - ja, dass die Drehtür nicht gut funktioniert, ist bekannt. Und alle fanden das ganz amüsant. Als ich nach einem Eisbeutel fragte, bekam ich eine Plastiktüte mit Eis, in dein schmutziges Handtuch gewickelt. Der betont unfreundliche Herr am Empfang fragte nach unseren Reisepässen (ist mir in der Schweiz noch nie passiert) und scannte sie auch noch ein. Unser Familienzimmer war im Altbau. ohne Klimaanlage!!! Ohne den Ventilator wäre es unerträglich gewesen. Es gab keine Blackout-Vorhänge, ich wachte morgens vom Fluglärm auf (bei geschlossnen Fenstern, wohlgemerkt! Die erste Kaffeetasse war gleich schmutzig, es gab auch keine Kaffeemaschine, sondern nur einen Wasserkocher und Nescafe. Der Snack- und Getränkeautomat bei den Aufzügen war außer Betrieb. Bei der Abreise fanden wir den Durchgang zum Haupthaus nicht mehr (die 1. Etage, auf der wir zum Anbau gelangt waren, war im LIft nicht anwählbar) und mussten auf der Straße bis zum Haupteingang hinauflaufen. Das Personal behauptete, es sei ja alles ausgeschildert (stimmte definitiv nicht) und machte sich noch über uns lustig. Und dafür über 200 Sfr pro Nacht??? Nein, danke!
