Le petit-déjeuner est simple aussi mais suffisant.
Le personnel très sympathique.
Par contre j'ai réservé mon séjour avec annulation gratuite la veille et paiement à l'hôtel, or l'hôtel a débité ma carte bleue 3 jours avant mon arrivée sans prévenir alors que je devais régler en liquide. Mon solde cb a ete bloqué et j'ai eu des frais de change. Aucun dédommagement de la part de l'hôtel suite à ma réclamation, du coup mauvaise expérience

My suite was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a big balcony. The bathroom was kinda small and very basic. There's no air conditioning at this property; they provide fans, though. The room is advertised as having a mountain view, which is sort of true. I would have preferred a room with views over the castle and fortress, which I could glimpse from the end of the balcony. All in all, it's good value for money. Nothing spectacular, just adequate. The only real con: There's no peephole and no dead bolt on the door, just a regular lock. As a woman traveling alone, this didn't make me feel very safe.

Das Zimmer war soweit ok, etwas warm war es, und morgens schon einiges an Verkehr. Die Lage war gut, ein paar Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt, und es hat genug Gratis-Parkplätze.
Badezimmer etwas alt, aber in Ordnung. Leider wurde uns die Gästecard nicht von Anfang übergeben (erst auf Nachfrage), darum entging uns gleich eine Vergünstigung. Rezeption war auch nicht immer zu den angegebenen Zeiten besetzt.
Da wir gerade ein paar Hotels durchlebt haben, waren wir beim Frühstück etwas enttäuscht. Es hatte im Prinzip alles was nötig ist. Aber im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels ähnlicher Preisklasse war es etwas mager. Keine Früchte ("nur" Fruchtsalat), wenn leer wurde nicht zeitnah aufgefüllt, nur eine Käse- oder Fleischsorte (oder nicht aufgefüllt), Sonntags wäre Zopf ganz nett, Kaffee musste bestellt werden, dann gehört sich auch mal ein nachfragen, etc. Die Summe und eben der Vergleich macht es aus.

La chambre correspond à la description. Spacieuse, calme, propre, vue sur un des château en se penchant.
Lit confortable, machine à café et petit frigo.
Personnel aimable, servable et souriant, fournissant informations sur la ville ou autres.
