The hotel was nice and clean, however, the app they use to check in on line did not work. I could not get a key assigned. But when we arrived a bit earlier than the check-in time, they accommodated us. The breakfast cost is 18 Swiss francs, which is a bit expensive and you have to cook your own eggs. There is no ice available. Other than that, the stay was adequate for one or two nights

We were pleasantly surprised to find this was short walk from a station with direct access to the city centre which we were not expecting.

This hotel is convenient, very near the airport , also provide transport to/from airport . 3 mins walk to the station to take train to Zurich city . The check in staff was very helpful . The room is clean and bed are comfortable. Good choice to stay in this hotel if taking early flight the next morning .

自分の勘違いもありますが、ホテル名にチューリッヒ空港とあったので、空港からの便がいいと思い予約しました。が、シャトルバスはなく、空港までは電車かバスに乗る必要があり、かなり不便でした。
部屋は冷蔵庫がなく、カーテンは遮光カーテンのみで真っ暗か、開けて丸見え。ベッドはやわらか過ぎでした。
