All staff very nice, polite and extremely helpful, check-in very fast and all comfortable. Room was clean, there was LCD TV, safe box and hair dryer in room. Location was great, in front hotel turn left and walk 5 mins to Patong beach.

Upside: spacious room, clean, friendly staff, good service, near attractions, not too far from the night life to enjoy but not too near it so you won't be bothered by it. Surrounded by 711 and family mart, easy access since it's in the center. Easy to find restaurants with good food and affordable. Downside: pretty small bathroom with no fan, there is no door in the shower so the bathroom could get wet. There is no free bottled water. Overall it is good hotel, affordable one and I really enjoy my stay. Thank You.

Stayed 2 nights here. First night we had to move to the other room as the air con was trouble, couldn’t be turned on. 2nd night water’s not running for about 3 hours, I couldn’t have shower after I came back from a tour program, my skin was very itchy and the staff advised us to move again to the other room because they need about 1 to 2 hours to fix the trouble. I decided to stay and wait for the water run again. It really ruined my nights. They should maintain their facilities better to avoid this kind of trouble.
