Great pool area, wish there were more sunbeds. Rooms is nice. Good service. Kamala is better but this is a good hotel

Staff was amazing, nice room, beautiful swimming pool, 5min walking from best beach in Phuket, Surin Beach. It's a shame there are no hotel amenities on the beach, such as sun-beds, bars, etc.

Top place I stayed in phuket .. Only downside to it is the view from the rooms, other than that I would give this place 10 Stars.

I traveled solo and enjoyed it very much. Lovely staff. Great for families too. Big lap pool, very relaxing and some fun too. Very quiet at night. Shuttle service to 2 other beach front restaurants/lounges every hour was awesome. I would definitely consider going back.

The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, always greeting us with genuine smiles and making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, chic yet cozy, surrounded by lush tropical greenery and featuring an amazing pool area. I spent countless relaxing hours lounging by the crystal-clear pool. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the thoughtful touches like fresh flowers and personalized welcome messages. Waking up each morning to the serene views of the tropical gardens was pure bliss. A huge thank you to the entire team at Twinpalms Phuket for making my stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a luxurious, friendly, and genuinely joyful experience this is it.

It was very relaxing atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay but unfortunately due to my inability to walk much and area around was hilly I couldn’t get out much unless I used a taxi service. Also, the hotel had a few steps in the entrance which I made me quite wary I might fall when coming up and down them. Apart from that it was an awesome place to stay.
