You have to be kidding me. I arrived to learn that the property was over booked. The front desk could have cared less and the fact that Expedia could not find me a place to stay “our system does not let us pick something from yesterday..”

I had to wait for 30 minutes to be waited on. After that terible service, I decided to cancel my reservation. I was told that my reservation was through Expedia and I would have to contact Expedia to get a refund. The itinerary for the stay says that upon arrival you will be greeted by staff. That statement is completely false.

The reviews had me on edge, then the creepy guy at front. I had to tell the lady checking me in not to say my room number because of dude. Room was not bad but not good, dusty, muggy, and the curtains were filthy. Pool was ok then the creepy guy can and I left due to being uncomfortable. Stayed because it was last minute and the other hotels were booked. Might not return but might if it’s last minute

First impression was dark, barely no lighting around the outside area...only one person working... Hallways smell...half of the south side hallway on the 5th floor was flooded..no water pressure (like at all)...only like 10 channels worked... pillows smelled like urine.

The pictures looked great, but the reality of the hotel is very poor and disappointing. The bathtub was backed up. The bathroom was nasty. The condition of the room was terrible. The carpet was heavily stained and the sofa chair was dirty. We didn't even wanted to touch the rug or the bathroom or the bathtub barefoot. The common areas very dirty and beat up. The doors that communicate to the lobby area were wide open. It was a sad and uncomfortable experience.
