Sketchy man walking the 4th floor hall around 930pm called front desk no answer. Went to take shower and couldn’t because the piece to open water was broken. No answer at front desk when I called. By 9am housekeeper already knocking on door. When I checked out and told them about issues didn’t even get an apology all she said was that she will make a note for maintenance guy to fix shower.

Most horrible … impossible… front desk no show, after 50mn, came in, with terrible attitude… throw her computer on the floor … while 10 persona waiting to check in … terrible…room dirty like never …hair all over … very noisy fridge… smell marijuana in the whole hotel !! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE …

Front desk staff incompetent. Hotel security non existent. They gave me a key to a room that was already occupied. When i came back to the hotel my key did not work and there were no staff to be found to help.

I had a great stay but I was just there for work and shower and sleep. I was very busy. The maid service was super nice but I had no hot water for a few days. However, they fixed it the water pressure was very poor. Thank you for my stay.

Shower/tub would not drain. Stood in shower water ankle deep. Faucets could not be turned completely off. Beds were uncomfortable. Hard to get in and out of because of driveway location. Will never recommend or stay there again. Lot of outside noise.

All front desk ladies were not very polite and not very friendly.. The property is old and smelly… but very good location, 10 mins walk to the big outlet.
