The checkin was easy and fast. Clean and updated hotel. Nice pool area and breakfast was good.

It was a great stay

We stayed at this hotel to and from our destination. On the way there, it wasn't too bad. No hand soap in the bathroom and no ice bucket. When we were leaving in the morning, someone spilled yogurt or something in the hallway and it was tracked all over the place. The cleaning crew was less than concerned when my husband pointed it out to them. On the way back, we were disgusted by the cleanliness, or lack thereof, of the room. There was food between the headboard and the mattress, the floor in front of the door was sticky and there was a pile of something on the carpeted part of the floor. They moved us to another room, which had two queen beds instead of the single king that we had originally. It was marginally better, but the platforms on the beds stuck out so far from the mattress that I wracked my shin a dozen times. There were beads on the floor, which had obviously not been vacuumed. The luggage carts were also tiny. I would say one half step up from a Motel 6.

The front desk workers were very nice and friendly but the rooms were absolutely disgusting. My parents asked for another room after finding food smeared all over the headboard and crumbs all over the floor and even their second room had wrappers and garbage under the couch and didnt appear to have been vaccuumed. I found a couple of blood stains on the bed in my room, crumbs on the floor, and the pillows were so thin they were maybe 2 inches thick. Another guest spilled yogurt down the hall and in front of our door and when we notified the hotel staff they didn't seem to care at all, that yogurt was still there 4 hours later when we left. There was a Wendys chili cup in the hallway by the elevator for our entire stay. I dont think they vaccuum or wipe things down in the rooms. Not impressed at all and dont think we will ever stay at a Wyndham hotel again.

Affordable and a fantastic stay. Comfy bed, clean room, amenities and convenient local food options(We had millstone family restaurant and the steak was just what I needed). Great scenic view, friendly staff. Perfect stop for a roadtrip through the blackhills and badlands. Honestly wish I could have stayed another night.

Nice clean rooms that are very affordable. The staff was very kind and professional. Definitely would recomend to others.

Where do i begin?!.. Which ill also be posting this on other formats as well. The staff there where charging internet to guests, and changing the prices to everyone. It was obvious they were stealing. I thankfully didnt fall for trap. Upon check in and walking into my room, the housekeepers did a terrible job. There was hair everywhere. The breakfast was terrible. Runny watery eggs, no sausage in there sausage and gravy.. Stayed for 3 nights and only got to experience sausage on the last morning. Do better people.

The floors were filthy in the hallways and elevator; our room was relatively clean but the rest of the hotel was gross. We left a day early.

Our room was dirty. Greasy children hand prints everywhere, beds had hair and body Odor in them like they just made beds without changing sheets. Floors dirty, no trash bags in trash cans, sink hand stains.

Nice place

Stayed in a really great family suite room w 2 large beds and fold out couch that was set up so well to allow some privacy from one party to another, and lighting that allowed one group not to disturb the other. Reasonably priced stay and felt it was really excellent. Also good breakfast selection, and good available purchase items and a great central area for sitting out of room, breakfast etc.

The room was clean, however I had 2 issues. 1, the fridge can only be on if a switch is flipped causing a light to be on all the time. We did not realize this which caused some of our ice cream to become soup and one of the beds had a light shining on it all night. 2, they did not tell us till we checked out that there is a resort fee that certain booking companies do not apply. So all of the sudden we had an additional $35 charge for our 4 day stay. All I was told was well, it is on some nebulus website and the associate saying "I always check ahead of time"

It was quite a walk to park but the room and bed were perfect!

It was quiet & clean

Wonderful family environment, great nutritious breakfast, pool and slide were great fun, staff were accommodating as needs came up. Thank you for a wonderful time. Quality service and quality price.

Okay

Not clean, the pool was cloudy with bandages floating around. There were a lot of suspect guests here, we watched multiple large groups of very rough individuals coming in back doors.

Its a decent stay.
