I did a 3 night,4 day stay. Saturday morning I had no hot water for a shower. The explanation given was too many people showering. Saturday night a group had a party until 2am. We could hear everything going on outside and in the hallways. They replaced the towels everyday but never emptied the garbage. Had some black mold in the shower. There are a lot of hotels in Rapid City. I would pass on this one.

Would have been 5 stars if the wifi was available without getting on another mailing list. The walk in showers make it easier for mobility impaired customers so that even if you don't have a handicapped room you can shower if you can stand and walk.

Room 310 carpet smells dog pee , no luggage rack , no ice bucket, room not senior friendly . The receptionist upon arrival stated they are not monitoring which room has pets. Not coming back to same hotel in the future

At first glance, the room looked very nice and clean. Bedding, shower, and other things showed wear. Worst thing was the freshly painted smell. Our allergies acted up. But I do appreciate them trying to improve it. There was no freezer in the fridge for ice packs. No ice buckets were available in the room, but they were available open request. It seemed they were cutting corners a little too much. I will say that the breakfast was delicious and outstanding, with waffles, sausages, juices, coffee, apples, muffins, scrambled eggs, and more. One of the best hotel breakfasts we've had!
