It was fun to stay at a casino with great food,

The property was very clean and offered free valet parking. There isn’t a pool or much for children to do inside the casino. The casino was clean and had vending machines with soda and coffee for their guests in the gambling area. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was easy. I would definitely stay here again due to it’s close proximity to KC Royals stadium.

The checkout was quick. The property is clean and it is quiet, which I like when I'm staying somewhere.

Everything was as expected. I will be returning

Room was fine. Not sure why there is a resort fee as there are no amenities for the hotel. Nothing was open at the resort.

The Rooms was spacious, clean, Front Desk was Amazing, Friendly, Kind, Courteous and Went above and beyond for our stay ☺️

I loved my stay at ameristar kc. Only issues were they were not able to see my reservstion on gheir end. After 30 minutes trying to figure it out with expedia on the phone, the staff at ameristar decided to comp my room. Ill always be grateful to those employees and how great the room was. No doubt I will be back.when I am in kansas city

The mattress in our room was very flimsy. No support at all. The stopper in the bathroom sink did not stay up to drain the water.

I thought our room was updated and very clean. All staff were very helpful. Would recommend staying here if you like going to casinos. The sports bar/restaurant has excellent food.

Very nice clean comfy and quiet

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Our room was handicap accesssible, the bathroom was very accommodating thanks to grab bars, roll-in shower, plenty of room, and the room itself was very nice. Vending wasn’t very good, only one soda machine on each floor with very limited options. Wanted a Diet Dr Pepper but had to go all the way to a nearby convenience store to find one. Experienced one small problem with my room but the desk staff was very helpful and apologetic. Restaurant options aren’t very good during the week, with most in-house restaurants only open on weekends. The sports bar was open during my stay, and had very good burgers (although my bottle of beer was room temperature). Casino had a wide variety of machines and digital table games. Somewhat difficult to navigate (I didn’t see any signs pointing towards bars, restrooms).

We ended up getting a good rate going through a third party to book, so the room fee was nice, compared to the normal fee. The room was nice, clean and what I was hoping for from a casino. (For context, I stayed at a casino last year, that I won't name, and the shower was tiny, which was odd for a well-known casino) The floor staff at the casino was awesome and made our friend's birthday celebration a memorable one. My only complains about the stay are: - Limited power outlets near the beds (all of us require the use of a CPAP and didn't have enough outlets to use them) - The front desk staff. We had to wait for a bit at check-in and another 10+ minutes at check out for anyone to show up at the desk. Needless to say that by the time the lone staff member did show up, there were already multiple people besides myself waiting to be helped.

The hotel front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful. Upon entering our room it was pretty clean but there were a few areas that needed some extra attention. The trim and corners of the room need some love because it is an older more ornate style trim and it was coated in dust. If it would have been a smooth flat trim I am sure they wouldn't have this issue. There was also a few areas in the grout on the shower wall that appeared to have some buildup. The beds were clean and very comfortable though which for me was most important. The privacy in these rooms is not good at all. After coming up from the casino around 1:30am I could hear our neighbors loud and clear and almost wondered if the door in between our rooms was not secure. I checked to make sure it was locked and indeed it was but I could hear clearly their adult activities that were taking place. Thank goodness we didn't have anyone else with us on this trip or else I would of had to get my kids earplugs or take them out of the room. I understand adults do extra things in the privacy of their room but I don't want to hear it take place in my room. I don't know if it is because their is so much tile when you enter the front of the room and the sound was bouncing off of it but there needs to be better sound barriers between these rooms. Not to say I wouldn't stay again but it was very awkward and I am sure once we were up the next morning they then realized how much you can hear in the other room.

It was good, was disappointed that there were only a few restaurants open.

Robbie was very clean nice size room with everything needed casino. Super nice restaurant called the sports bar was excellent great food fine atmosphere will return again.

Great decor. Comfortable room. GREAT PRICE. Casino offered all you could want in a convenient location.
