Very nice place to stay. Friendly staff.

It’s convenient to St Joseph’s Hospital and the airport. It’s a dated property with old carpeting and the area is a bit noisy.

I didnt like it was yo far for me to walk to the pool. Im disabled with ixygen and walker. I woukd not walk to the pool to enjoy a swim with my daughter. I took this hotel because my daughter and i wanted a swim. I could not go i was upset because i asked for a disable room. Not sure if i will stay there again.but thank you.

The hotel was easy on and off the highway. The rooms did not offer usb charging. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

They really need to spruce up the doors to the rooms in the hallways and clean the hallway rugs.

Good price for the room. Didn’t realize I was booking in the pet section of the hotel, but the room didn’t seem dirty. The stairway in the dog section was dirtier than the other side of the building, but overall a good stay.

Property was in some disrepair there was clearly an attempt at upkeep. The beds were very comfortable and the man at the front counter was genuinely kind and compassionate to our needs.

Dated decor but a good sized room. Comfortable bed. Unfortunately, the other guests were noisy and smoking weed outside the exit.

One night stay on way to NewBrunswick.

AWESOME front desk staff! So super friendly and eager to help us around my first time in Bangor. Hotel in general was clean, tidy and well worth the money. Had a cool shuttle service to the airport and concerts. 5/5 would stay again.

Great ice cream next door

The girl at the front desk had my car towed while I was checking in, even though she knew I was having issues with damage to my luggage and was trying to resolve it talking to the airline. She threatened to throw me out of the hotel and refused togive me her name on video while I was trying to resolve the issue. Additionally, she refused to let me use the shuttle to go to the place to pick up my car where they had had it towed. I feel quite sure that she was in a relationship with the towing company and was receiving a kickback for having my car towed. There was no other explanation of why someone would do that to guest who was trying to check in. They did not try to let me know that my car needed to be moved by phone or by stepping a few steps down the hall to my room. I was on the first floor. The girl was totally rude When she refused to even provide her name to me. I was not prepared for the extra $200 that it cost me because she had my car towed. It was uncalled for, and I never even raised my voice when I was trying to resolve it and ask her why she didn’t bother to contact me if the car was in the way. There was no one checking into the hotel when I went out to find my car had been towed. I had flown into Portland airport and driven three hours to Bangor only to discover that my luggage had a large hole in the bottom and that there was an issue with the Roller and that’s why I was having so many problems handling my luggage. She knew this.

Enjoyed the pool

Extremely mediocre. Mediocre front desk staff. Old shabby furniture. Overall seems cleaner than your average hourly rate motel but I did find a pair of socks on the floor that weren’t mine. How do you miss that while vacuuming? Convenient location for a 1 night stay if you’re flying out of Bangor airport early, but I wouldn’t stay for more than one night.
