Pretty disappointed actually. I booked a king suite and instead was put in a standard room but still charged the price of the suite. Don't think I'll be booking this hotel again.

If we didn't arrive at midnight after a 6 hour drive we would have absolutely requested a refund and found a new hotel but we were so tired that we didn't have the energy and we just needed to sleep. The staff was very friendly however that was the only good thing. The place was disgusting. I've stayed in $30 motels that were cleaner than this place. There was dried blood on the bathroom door and cakes on hair and stains on the hair dryer. There was just nasty stains and hair all over the place in that room. The TV dresser had a dried syrup substance in there that I'm pretty sure was either dried crack or heroine liquid. The place was so dirty I had to check the mattress for bedbugs and while there didn't appear to be any, the mattress was so stained it looked like it was found on the side of the road. The whole building - including our room was so thick with stale cigarette stench that I had to sleep with the blanket covering my mouth and nose with the blanket to filter some of the smell out and I'm not even the kind of person who has an overly sensitive nose and I can tolerate a little bit of cigarette smell but this was overwhelmingly disgusting/smelly.

Best stay for tge dollar in the area. Waffles eggs on the breakfast menu

The staff is welcoming and nice. Accommodating to needs I had for my cats. So glad there is no pet fee. And free breakfast and laundry

The property is in terrible shape. The ONLY bright spot was the kindness/friendliness of the person that checked us in.

I have stayed at this facility several years ago. The current management is not maintaining the hotel to standard. The walls needed painting, carpet was filthy, and the hallways had an odor.

Place shows its age. Carpets “clean” but grungy. Furniture OK but showing age. Needs renovation. I would stay there again for the price, but I have stayed in places that are much nicer for similar price. No problem regarding safety or other similar needs. Just needs an update.

This place is a sh*t hole! If I could give a minus rating I would. DONT waste your money. It is so dirty and smells awful. Our room looked like a murder had happened and no one ever cleaned it up. Better to just sleep in your car.

It was too loud and the external doors did not lock. Room was nonsmoking but smelled bad. Overall condition of property is poor. I was going to stay two nights but left.

The bedding wasnt changed from the last occupants, the doors are falling off the hinges, sliding was nearly impossible to open, major water staons, structural damage near the sliding glass door that was very visible, the list is extension.

Room was clean and plenty of towels and amenities. Front desk people were friendly but not helpful. There was no elevator to 2nd floor, so only bring what you can carry up many steps. During my stay there were lots of dogs barking in the rooms, not what you want hear at all times. Overall it was ok

Very comfy clean bed, but room was in need of a deep cleaning. Dust and finger prints visible on walls. Bathroom had an odor. Staff was very nice and attentative. I had driven 12 hours and dealt with it. Bed was great!

Hotel is the worst hotel we have stayed,the hotel is dirty old,very dated no elevator saw multiple elderly persons go to 2d floor with luggage had to help as stairs are in bad condition we got in late were tired had no choice but never again.Please consider for the health of your clients to notify the health department.
