Staff was friendly. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Only issue, birds squawking outside. But hotel can’t help that.

Other then the grackles which is natures decision it was nice.

A very comfortable, friendly hotel for a good price. A big spa that works good. Absolutely the best breakfast we have had at any hotel. A huge selection of every breakfast item!

The hotel on the outside looks nice and the staff was pleasant. The hotel has a funny smell in the hallways. It was not worth what it cost. It was ok for a quick over night. But the room needs to be updated, the bedding had holes, the bed was uncomfortable. They only had two flat pillows per bed. The shower was stained and rusted. Over all it was an expensive hotel with a cheap feel. The carpet floor feels gross with bare feet. The breakfast was normal continental and have no complaints about the staff. The room was clean just not good quality

Internet wasn’t working. Very worn down- holes in sofa, stains on carpet, rust on tub faucet, stains on tub base, toilet seat looked about 20 years old, dirt stains on lamp shades, etc.

We checked in. I was traveling with elderly parents who have difficulty walking. Found out our room was on second floor to the very end of the hall. Receptionist refused to switch rooms, claiming she couldn't because we had booked through a third party. I have worked as night manager at motels and know that you can switch a room. What if the room was uninhabitable? Which, when talking about uninhabitable: our heater didn't work! only blew cold air. Phone was not hooked up in room. Walls had dirt on them! Cigarette butts in the hall ways. Restrooms near pool locked so you had to return to your room if needed to use a restroom. The only positive was the breakfast employee and the breakfast! She did an amazing job! I would not stay here again!

Check-in is very fast, they even don't bother to ask you for the credit card for incidental, as almost all hotels do. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

Nice Hot Tub!

So, the last time I stayed here I promised not to stay again, but I decided to give them another chance. I come to Snyder at least once or twice a month to see my son. The fromt desk lady was great sorry didn't get her name. I checked in after 4pm and everything went smoothly, I got to my room it was a tad bit cold so I turned on the heater which blew out cold air. I thought maybe it just need to blow for a minute so I waited for about an hour or two and it was still blowing cold, I called the front desk and the lady moved me to another room which was great until the next morning. I woke up to a bedbug crawling on the pillow with me. I took a shower praying if there was one on me i could wash it off, shook my clothes out and examined them to ensure there wasn't any on my clothes. Took a picture of it and went to the front desk where there was another young lady, who proceeded to tell me since I was checking out she couldn't switch my room, and tell me the manager would be in on Monday or Tuesday between 8am and 5pm. I do not plan to stay here anymore. Unfortunately, I can't seem to upload the pictures 😕

Hotel was decent but maintenance is needed. In room 304 the toilet did not work properly and flush mechanism needs to be changed, same with shower the shower diverter dies not direct most of the water to the shower head& needs to be replaced. Plus TV is WAY too small. Other than that it was good and did not experience any type of bugs. Birds at front of hotel are interesting, shades of Alfred Hitchcock..,

It was horrible. Dirty, shower didn’t drain, toilet was loose, carpet and chair stained, no water bottles available, pool area was dirty and had parts of a diaper by the pool, the pool was cold, there were no towels available.

The staff was friendly, we enjoyed the breakfast and the indoor pool. Lots of room in the queen suite. The room was very dingy, the carpet had stains, and the room had a weird smell.

Great location Staff is very helpful.

It was a good stay for a quick trip. Wanted to go swimming in the indoor pool but it was so cold.

Clean and Comfortable hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Slept great! Comfortable bed and quite fan. Pool not heated, but hot tub was very pleasant. Breakfast was adequate. Win ...Win here.
