Casey M., at the front desk is a jewel! Our first room had a bed that felt like it sloped into the middle, after team members tired to fix the slats, Casey quickly gave us another room! Thanks Casey! Also, highly recommend walking to the Rock River behind the hotel to the Harold park area, very pleasant to sit on the swing & watch the river roll by. We will be back!

They are in the process of remodeling but the rooms are nice and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I’d stay here again. The rooms were nice and large and it was very clean

Our room was okay, there was mold on the shower curtain, all over the ac. our fridge was warm, we brought food that needed to be cold and they said nothing could be done because their manager wasn't in. we also asked for a do not disturb sign which they said they didn’t have any. when we found one they took it off of our door. we asked for our room to not be cleaned twice, we came back from a wedding and we had new towels and our trash was replaced. its a fine place to stay if you arent bringing food and dont care about someone going into your room when you aren’t there.

Our room was nice and quiet. Outside and entry to hotel could use some updating, lot has lighting but parking area needs repairs and potholes filled. Looks like they have construction materials onsite, so we expect big improvements before our next visit!

Easy to access main roads ways however the hotel didn’t provide maid service. They only exchanged towels daily. Looks like they are abt to start remodeling (flooring and other material laid outside)

Extremely noisy!! I called around midnight to complain to the night clerk - and hour later the noise was bad or worse so I dressed and went down to the reception desk to complain in person. Noise kept up until around 2:30am. In the morning I asked the night clerk what was going on - he said he called and told that room that if it kept up the person in the room next door (me) would call the cops! Totally endangering me and totally inappropriate! Should have some compensation for a terrible night! Will NEVER stay in a Best Western again!

Property is quiet and very safe. Parking was quite easy. Staff was very nice I just wish there was some kind of housekeeping because when requested on the door they did not come during our stay of four days. Aside from that they were lovely.

It was fine for a one night stay for just myself. Front desk clerk was very nice and welcoming. Basic breakfast. If I was staying in the area for more than one night or traveling with family, I would stay somewhere more comfortable and with a more substantial breakfast offering.

The hotel itself was fine. The manager was not however. He was never at the desk so there was a long time waiting at the front desk to even check in. Then in the room a pillow was dirty and when he came to our room to switch it out he didn't have another pillow yet it was like he didn't believe us and wanted to make sure before he brought a different pillow. The breakfast was more of a Continental breakfast Not a full breakfast as advertised. We didn't use the pool but there was a sign that read "Not allowed to swim alone" what if i were there alone? The hotel was strange and unfriendly. But the bed was nice and it had a large tv. I would probably not choose this hotel again and with all the choises in this area I was hoping for better.

This hotel has been renovated. Awesome price to stay here. The only complaint is management on Sunday appeared stingy on wanting to stock the supplies for the free breakfast and cleaned everything up 10 minutes before it was over. I would recommend staying here again. Definitely worth the price.
