Best Western Airport Inn

Location to the airport was prime. Bedding was dirty and walls were paper thin.

Almost was turned away but general manager was kind and we were able to talk through the situation. Pool wasn’t too cold. Shower wasn’t the best but was still comforting. Bed was very comfortable. TV was bigger than expected! For a one night stay this was very nice.

Good basic place to stay. Not the Taj Mahal but not paying Taj Mahal prices Would stay there again

Do NOT stay here! Service sucks! Accessible room only partially prepared and solitary worker (owner??) didn't seem concerned AT ALL, multiple requests made for an extra set of towels and a blanket for the bed that didn't have one. Shower wouldn't drain and removable 2nd shower head was broken.

It was quiet, the parking was not so good only cuz they had materials stored on part of it.

Room was clean and cool. Lobby and eating area were very warm.

Breakfast was not very good.No butter for waffles bread looked dried up Bicuit and gravy was pretty good. Eggs were terrible

Me and my family had a nice stay. Room was cleaned and stafff was nice! For the fishers it’s river in the back!! We caught 4 different types of fish back there.

When we arrived we were told pool hours were 9 am - 9 pm. The information sheet in the room showed pool was open 9 am - 10 pm letting granddaughter swim was one reason why we selected hotel. They served breakfast but due to the unclean feeling throughout I wouldn’t have been able to eat anything they offered. The smell of mold was the first thing that hit us when we walked in and it lingered throughout the entire building parking lot was dark towards the back where our room was and would have been helpful to use that entrance, but didn’t feel safe enough to exit our vehicle. It wasn’t a pleasant experience at all,

The location was central to where we needed to be. The staff was helpful. The room was satisfactory. The signed had a metal bar that stuck up and would NOT go down so we had to be careful of that.

This hotel must have bots reviewing it-it had 8/10 ratings but there was peeling ceiling paint, ants in the a/c unit, and it was an older and kinda run down pool. I called ahead and asked specifically not to be on first floor-they put me on first floor “because rooms not clean upstairs.” Hmm…..

Great hotel room. I enjoyed my stay.

The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable - pillows need help. Ice machine was more like ice block machine. I am a water with lots of ice girl so that was disappointing., especially since it eas extremely hot outside.

Clean and friendly

We pulled up and this property looked completely run down- almost deserted. NOT like the pictures. The area around it looked very run down too. I did not feel safe. I walked into the lobby and it smelled old and mildewy. I turned around and walked out. We ended up staying in a neighboring community. How this place got the higher rating is beyond me. Hmmmmm...

The front desk person at check in was very welcoming and gave detailed info about how to get to our room. The hotel is clearly due for some updates but our room was clean and comfortable. We were at the end of the hall on the second floor so there wasn’t much foot traffic and we felt very removed from everyone else.

The pool looked like it had crumbs all in the bottom and I didn’t wanna find out … the door looked like a strange closet dripping with the like orange and gold rush and mildew or something… I thought it would be decent like high traffic by the air port but that just didn’t feel the most clean.

It’s an airport hotel and the price was reasonable so location and price were fair. I had to call twice to get an answer regarding transportation from the airport. The air conditioning was noisy, the decor needed updating. I had to make a $50 deposit when I checked in even though my stay was entirely prepaid through Expedia. I also had to remind them to return my deposit upon checkout.

Room was extremely hot. AC was not turned on to cool down the room. Waffle was sour. Water was left in the bathtub

I wanted to start off by saying you get what you pay for, but that wouldn’t be accurate in my case. I booked a King room at a discounted rate through Expedia and once I arrived at the property (at 4:00pm), I was told they were sold out of King rooms. I just stared at the front desk clerk because there was only one other car in the parking lot. He must have sensed from my expression that I was not pleased so he tried to tell me he would upgrade me to a double queen room. I guess he thought I was stupid because the double queen room has a nightly rate of about $20 less than what I was paying. I wasn’t going to argue and we were only staying for one night. I assume he thought he could sell that King room at the full rate and make a little extra off me by charging me more than the room he put me in was worth. That was strike one. The indoor heated pool was cold. There were no towels. Strike two. But what actually pushed me over the edge is that the cover on the air conditioning unit FELL OFF THE WALL at 3:00 am. Scaring both my husband and I awake. When I mentioned this to the front desk the next morning there was no “sorry for the inconvenience” just “no problem we’ll put it back” which tells me that isn’t the first time it’s happened. There are many other hotels in the area. I relied on the primarily positive reviews when deciding to book. I hope that others won’t make the same mistake I did.
