Morning Front desk staff was so welcoming and pleasant. She made our stay enjoyable.
The microwave kept tripping off and the bathroom water closet kept running continously which disturbed our sleep, othee than that we enjoyed our stay

The desk clerk, Casey, was super friendly. He even held my puppy while we were getting things from the car. Great guy! The lady that checked me out was wonderful, too. I so appreciated that, and the fact that pets were welcomed.

Inadvertently left some clothes in room. When called to retrieve staff said not in lost and found, not interested in helping. One of the items was a denim dress worn only once. Can’t convince me it was not taken by housekeeping.

This property has a great location, with easy access to the freeway, local main roads, outdoor space to walk the dog, and all the basics - grocery, restaurants, coffee, gas stations - nearby.
We have stayed here before, and I’m sad to say that this property needs some attention. Two of the exterior access door key card readers were broken. The room was not properly vacuumed, and had a noticeable pet smell, the blinds were broken, and the sheets didn’t fit the mattress. We ended up buying febreeze at the nearby Walmart, along with some cleaning wipes before unpacking.
It seems a little understaffed and in need of some general maintenance.

Older hotel. Very clean. Plenty of parking and the indoor pool was nice but the hot tub was broken. Breakfast in morning was very good. Our curtains in the room were torn. Very nice stay!! Thank you!

It could really use some touchups. The pool and hot tub were closed.
I had to walk over to the office to get the employee to come help us.

It would have been nice for the website to post that the pool and hot tub were out of service. Traveling with children that is usually a vocal point. We would have booked elsewhere.

Our room faced the parking lot which was well lit. Unfortunately the room only has one thin layer of drapes so was very bright in the room ( I could have read my book). Other then that we would stay here again, just a different room
