i apprecite the kindness and explanation, but one thing is that the bed sheet is a bit old and not very elastic, and the heater is so noisy that i couldnt sleep i hope you can upgrade it a little for business thank you

We had a very nice stay. Our room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and used texting to communicate when my room was ready. The breakfast was standard hotel style but there was plenty of options. Would recommend staying here.

I thought it was a clean nice hotel room. Their breakfast is very good I thought. And just having coffee available throughout the day makes it easy for me to have a little pick me up during the day. And the staff was very nice too.

Not very clean, the floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in ages, the pull out couch was not cleaned from the last person who stayed in this room the sheet was all wrapped up and there was trash in the bed.

We booked specifically to use the indoor hot tub since my back was hurting me from an over 8 hours drive. When we got there we were notified that the pool and hot were out of service for repairs. Lesson learned. If you are expecting to use particular amenity, call the place first to make sure it is available.

The front desk is very helpful which I will give it 5 star.
While the pool is not in service which is a great draw back since it was not mentioned when we book it one day ahead. Since I book the hotel due to it has the pool, so my daughter can enjoy some water time. It was disappointed.

Until we checked in there was no warning that they put a $200 hold on your card instead of just having a card on file.
When we checked in at 3 we were told the pool hours and by the time we went down for a swim around 8 it was closed for unknown maintenance.
Our room was “upgraded” too a deluxe two double bed room however we Originally booked for a King size bedroom. When having a small child that wants to sleep in bed with you this is more of an inconvenience than it is an upgrade. And the Refrigerator in the room was crazy loud.
Only positive things I can say are that it was not busy so our floor was really quiet and the free breakfast was nice.

One bed looked like someone had laid on it for a while it also had a foot smell and the tub had a piece of soap in it so u know it wasnt clean and we also had no bars of soap

The Front Desk staff were horribly rude, both of them. The first person literally told us she wouldn't check us in because she wanted to make another employee do the work. The hot tub was not hot, the jets are non-existent and the pool towels are tiny bits of sandpaper. The hallways and room walls were filthy and there was hair all over the bathroom and in between the sheets. I honestly believe the room may not have been cleaned at all. The rudest, laziest front desk person said she was the manager, so it totally makes sense. I will honestly never stay in any Best Western again after this experience. Sad really, it used to be a brand you could rely on.

They were building new storage units right outside our window that started right at 7 am. Someone above us was very heavy footed stomping their feet until 1am. There was a barking dog. The bed was very hard, both my husband and I woke up with our hips hurting. The pillows on the bed were flat and the size of a throw pillow for a couch and we got a king size bed. We wanted to upgrade our room to a suite when we got there because our kids and grandkids wanted to come see us and have pizza but was told we couldn’t because we booked our room on Expedia. Oh and they tried charging us $25 for my service dog. We won’t be staying there again.
