Best Western DeWitt

Hotel was almost empty therefore extremely quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate with sausages and eggs and the normal cold stuff.

Property, facilities, pool and room were very clean especially for winter. Although I didn’t use the pool this trip I plan on doing so next time. Check in was simple and staff was excellent. I also didn’t try the breakfast but will do so next time. Only issue was the ice machine didn’t seem to work. Amazing deal for the price.

Quiet and comfortable- easy check-in

The clerk was not at the desk to give me the key when I arrived about 9pm. We had to wait more than 20 min for him to come to the desk. Then the same clerk locked the pool door even though it was not yet closing. We had to ask him to open the pool door.

Check in was easy and quick. Staff was friendly. Noted some issues with the room but did not mention to front desk, expectation were about what i figured with past reviews. Bed was awful, hard is nicely putting it. Cover was stained on both beds, pillows were small and hard but a random soft one out of 8. Half sized in shape. We went and bought me one because i did not sleep first night with the bed and pillow situation. It almost felt as the bed was flipped and we had the underside of the mattress because the other bed was not as hard. The chair had some red stains on it and other colored stains so we didn't sit on it, no bathroom fan had to leave door cracked when showering. Fridge had a smell but only stored water bottles in it. Overall, we got what we paid for, with hotels over increasing rates due to events we didn't want to pay a fortune but rather had paid the couple hundred more then pay for it with chiropractic appointments after the 2 nights.

Staff not unfriendly but I would not go as far to so they were friendly. The word I would use to describe them is apathetic.

Bed was really firm. Bugs on bathroom floor, long hair intertwined in 2 towels, ceiling peeling pretty bad in bathroom. Tiles in the walk way were broken. Curtains didn’t close all the way. TV had decent channels available.

Nice place, nice breakfast, cleaning staff needs to be trained to wipe down lamps &light switches & phones.,

The Hotel was close to the airport and was clean. There was a couple minor problems with the room that were immediately taken care of by the staff.

This hotel was close to MSU campus without all the traffic. The staff was very kind. It was very clean but the wood doors and cabinets were pretty beat up, looked like they had been in a flood. You couldn't shut the bathroom door with a heavy shove because it was worped on the bottom of the door. But I would definitly stay there again.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was great. Generally very good value for the money!

The room smelled of dog urine or ?..I had to leave the window open while we were gone for several hours. No shampoo. The shower made awful noises turning it on.
