I had a great experience at the Best Western West Towne Suites in Madison. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff stood out with their warm, friendly, and consistently helpful service. It really set the tone for the whole stay.
The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable—exactly what you want after a long day of travel. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the little touches that made the space feel inviting.
One of the best surprises was the made-to-order breakfast. It was a real treat to have a hot, customized meal each morning, in addition to the usual continental options. A great way to start the day!
I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Madison area—whether for business or leisure. Great value, great staff, and a great stay!

My room was clean and comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet even though it was on the side of the hotel facing the highway. Breakfast was a special treat. Your choice of three different entrees was cooked to order. You can help yourself to a wide array of beverages, breads, cereals, and yogurt. The staff was excellent.

Nice rooms. Friendly desk service. You get to order items for your free breakfast! Very satisfied. We were attending the Wisconsin High School Boys State Tennis Tournament and the location of the Best Western worked out very well for us. Plenty of free parking available.

The location is very close to shopping, restaurants, research park, though still quiet enough. Room was clean & stocked but smelled a bit musty. Breakfast room was nice and the breakfast was one of the best I've had at motels. Staff was friendly and competent, but the front desk clerk was wearing a cap that said, "I voted for a convicted felon," which seemed inappropriate for a business dealing face-to-face with the public.

This is a new and clean hotel. The staff is very friendly. I would stay here again. The location is not down town, but that's not their fault! It's a great spot. Excellent fresh cooked free breakfast. I always enjoy a Best Western.
