The pool was nice

It is a nice hotel. It has a very classic touch. Entertainment in the evenings. I eslecially like the fitness room and the pool area. One of the staff was cleaning the sidewalk late in the evening about 9pm.

Everything was ok, but the bed was old and made noise. The heater made noise every time it kicked on. There was a lot of dust build up on the ceiling. Things just seemed tired, and not the cleanest.....

It was good. I had an early doctor’s appointment so I needed to stay there. It was close to my appointment.

This property was like staying at your gammas house who can onlly clean enough to keep the clutter down. Owner should be ashamed they allow people to stay in such co ditio s let alone work in them. Run down and doenst seem like owner cares as long as they are getting money. I havent seen someone be charged for a crib since the late 90s yet his property charges $25 a night for one. Getting with times would be advisable.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, pool was clean, shopping mall was right across the street, plenty if restaurants in close proximity.

Was there for Medical appointments. It has a great price and location.

Found a bed bug thank god before i went to sleep! Packed up, notified the front desk showing them the picture of the bed bug on thier bed! They said id have to call back the next day for a refund which was a Saturday. Saturday they told me to call monday. Monday morning i was told id get a call back or of they forget i can call. No call back so i had to call! No refund not even partial. No one apologized nothing! Pool water was also very very cold!

Our room had a terrible smell, and the lock on the door didn't work.

Comfortable

This was one of the more comfortable beds and pillow combinations I’ve had during a hotel stay. The heater was quiet and kept the room perfectly comfortable.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had airport transfer. Shortly after booking, I contacted the hotel (via hotels.com app) saying that I would be getting in on the red-eye flight on Dec 3, and would like to pre-arrange airport-hotel transport for the late flight. I heard nothing from them. I (il-advisedly) figured that no news was good news, and that I'd just call when I wasn't paying international rates. When I arrived in the US (on the day I was to stay), I called to confirm the airport transfer. "Oh" they said. "our airport transport is only from 8:00am to 8:00pm." Nowhere was this communicated on the website. Neither did they get back to my message enquiring about it. When I then asked what my options were, they said taxi or uber. A taxi was $40 (for a 6min ride), so I booked an Uber (which said it would be $15-20). The uber never showed. So I was stuck at the airport in the middle of the night without a way to get to the hotel. In the end, I got accommodation somewhere else that DID have airport transport that included all flights. I had to forfeit the money (about $90) I'd paid to Bismarck Hotel and Conference Center because their cancellation window was within 24 hours.

Need are super hard, like you're laying on cardboard. Their air system or whatever it is in the room, it was either super hot or super dry. It got too hot on the room, turn the A/C on and that was super loud, went to turn the whole system "off" it blew constant warm air out, the whole room was still good and dry. We had two miniature dogs and stayed one night, the price said $106/ night (+taxes), $25/per pet, pet night, ended up being chsrged over $300! They said we had two pets and stayed two nights ($100 pet fee)with $100 deposit, we were not pool side, we were on the second floor and checked in Saturday, checked out Sunday at 7:30 a.m. , have yet to get the $150 back. there was no trash can in the room, the room is for 4 people, there was only two towels in the room. Everything is so outdated

The TV only had one channel. CBS . Never seen that before. Beds were comfortable.

Had to move rooms 3 times first room the Heater was not working so they moved us while it got fixed. Next room had a roach infestation killed about 4 roaches and showed the front desk then they moved us again to another nicer room but then the worker came up and said he manager told him we have to move back to the first room we were in with the bad heater so we had to wear our sweaters and socks all night because it was still cold in the room. Went to talk to the manager in the morning but he was on vacation and told to call on Monday. Got pictures and videos of the Roaches.
