The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and large. Very outdated and the bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable. We loved that they had a complimentary social hour and breakfast.

This hotel was an apartment turned into a hotel! Room is very spacious with a sofa bed. Full size kitchen, spacious bathroom, and all rooms have a balcony! Comfortable bed and very clean. Walkable to restaurants, fast food joints and shopping centers! Their free breakfast doesn’t have too many options, rather eat somewhere else.

Room was good it just smelled like food. Our next door neighbors not sure what they were doing cause they were making alot of noise. It sounded like they were doing repairs alot of banging. The breakfast was okay not much variety.

I had booked a king size bed on Expedia with the condition that it be on ground floor. When I arrived at the hotel and checked in, I was told it was upstairs. I said we were unable to climb stairs. They said no problem and gave me a room on the ground floor. I didn’t look at the room and didn’t return to the room until later in in the evening. I contacted the front desk and told them I had paid for a king size bed but the bed in my room was a queen. They told me only upstairs rooms had kings. I said I wish they would have told me when I initially arrived. Regardless, they offered some snacks, but further stated I would have to settle up with Expedia. I paid for a king and got a queen. Going on the Expedia app, there are no links to speak with Expedia.

Even though the facility is in great condition, the only thing that needs to improve is the breakfast choice of meals, there wasn't that many. But there’s a lot of restaurants close to the hotel.

No breakfast provided – said it was a holiday. Go figure that one out. No offer of a discount to compensate. Just no breakfast. Realize second story does not have Elevator- units are dated, but nicely kept up inside. TV so small that in larger units you cannot comfortably see the TV. Generally good value.

The person checking is in had a terrible attitude. She was short didn’t explain their protocols. The room they gave us was the least stocked and noisiest room I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms usually have pot and pans , salt and pepper, coffee and other amenities which were ALL missing. Not sure if theirs new management but they need better customer service personnel. I even witnessed a customer telling the girl in the front that she was rude !!! She was screaming something back at him.

Wonderful quiet, spacious, and unique "apartment like" property off the beaten path.
Only there one night, as a stop on a cross-country journey, but loved the staff, the "room" and the ease of it all.
There is bad customer service, then there is good customer service, and then there is the WONDERMENT that is Thomas at the Front Desk...WOW, he absolutely personifies friendliness, helpfulness, professionalism, local-facts, and all-around awesomeness!!
