This was a good hotel. The only complaints were that the pool seemed VERY chlorinated. It was clean but the chemicals ended up irritating me as well as my girlfriend's eyes and throat. Also the breakfast could use more diversity and higher quality.

Great experience! This was our second great stay at this hotel. We did not pay an incidental fee at our first visit. However, this time there was a $100 per room incidental fee that we were not told about when we reserved the room. We reserved two rooms so it was additional $200. Then we were charged a pre authorization fee for one room. We were told we would get the incidental fee and pre authorization charge back 3-5 business days later. Luckily, we had enough money to cover the cost. So, be prepared for the added charge. I gave 4 stores and not five because we were not told about the additional fees when we initially reserved the rooms. This seems to be something hotels are beginning to do. However, I think customers should be told about the added charges at booking and not when you arrive at the hotel.

The rooms had a musty smell and we could easily smell smoke from the exterior or other rooms. The rooms were outdated. We tried to shower at night and in the morning but the water was cold. When we called the front desk, they explained it away by saying they were fully booked.

The two doors were a nice option. My complaint about the stay were the price matching confusion. I stayed there a week and had to continually get online a rebook through a choice website. I would not recommend this place for thst simple reason. If a customer wants to patronize your business, why not honor the online prices that you advertise. You must do better!

I’m tired from traveling and don’t feel like calling about something that should have never happened.
