Great breakfast. Comfortable bed. Room was ok. Shower water pressure was terrible. Staff was very friendly.

Friendly staff and convenient location to the Derby….

Staff ended up over charging me. When asked about the over charge was told it was Expedia's vault. Talked to staff again at check out they confirmed they messed up. Staff seems new to their systems which cost me money with them providing no clear path forward.

Customer service was excellent, dated building but very clean. Very affordable. Beds are kinda hard-but it didnt smell of mold and the ceiling wasn't caving in from water damage like my apartment...the breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but clean, fresh and hot. Pool is in great shape. 10/10 would stay here again.

Rooms were large and laid out well. Bed was comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants near by.

Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. However, both our rooms had to have toilets plunged over n over. We found good clean toilets 1st floor, but our room toilets had a few issues. 2 people 1 child in one room, 1 adult 1 child in 2nd room.

Upon check in we asked to be checked in early and the girl said we could for an additional $25 fee. Which we paid. Got room keys and went to the room but could not gain entry. Walked back to front desk and it was a different employee due to shift change and she proceeded to ask me if I was aware that check out was at 11am that same day. I said no we just checked in n wont be checking out til next day at 11am. Long story short the manager initially said we had to check out same day at 11 otherwise we have to pay for another nite. No if ands or buts about it basically. Regardless that it was their employee who made the decision to let us check in early but why did we have to pay an early check in fee then? So the manager said she’d give us our $25 back if we left at 11am. So in between time the 4 hours we did spend in the room were rudely interrupted not 1 not 2 or 3 times but 4 different times house keeping just walked in our room without knocking! Even after verbally speaking to us and knowing the room was occupied. No knock at the door or even a shout through the door was made. Just opened the door as if they were staying there and walked right on in. After making the front desk aware of what’s happened their response back was for me to place my “do not disturb” sign outside my door to prevent that from happening anymore! Unbelievable if you ask me. Im like whether you know someone is in the roomor not you should ALWAYS knock on a door before entering it if not your own door

Nice place convenient for the city. Downstairs rooms had interior and exterior doors which was a little strange.

I asked for service 2 of the days and didnt get it.

I got the room for my grand-daughter see is 20 yrs old. And see could not get in the room. I call them and try to talk to them and they were very rud and did not want to talk to me.very unhappy P.A.H.

The hotel was actually really nice and I was very impressed with the room in the space. I really was glad that they had the shower in toilet area to itself with a door and then a huge counter space with the sink for someone to get ready instead of everything being in one room. The only thing I didn’t like is the bed was not very comfortable. But overall, it was a very nice hotel.

Overall good stay.

Parking was a bit crowded but everything was great!

Clean food was great and Staff was fantastic
