I was very impressed with the hotel. Everything was modern, staff were super welcoming and friendly, and quiet! Beds were comfortable and air circulated well! We got in super late and they still paid for a shuttle (Taxi) to the hotel! We took the shuttle the next morning to get the rental car and the shuttle guy was friendly and more the willing! They rotate out eggs and sausage every day to change it up for breakfast! The breakfast was good. They have a nice little bar full of alcoholic beverages plus some hot food options! I did not use the pool or hot tub but it appeared to be working and in good condition! They have an adult only time from 10-11pm every night!

The assistant manager, Tricia was very attentive to our need of airport transport and proactively let us know how the process would work. Even when we were delayed she quickly answered my emails to stay in touch with us.
The gentleman that checked us in at 1:45AM was do kind and helpful to get us in our room asap. Even the cleaning staff greeted us in the hall. We loved the room and the whole facility.

The building wasn’t so close to the Interstate to constantly hear the traffic. The breakfast was really good and housekeeping was very nice and helpful. The front desk did a good job to attend to our needs. The main drawback to our room was 3 things. First, when I looked at the room pictures before I booked, the Suite room that I reserved had 2 rooms. But when we checked in, it was only one. Secondly, a picture showed a dresser, but there was no dresser when we got there. The front desk manager said that when the property was renovated, all the dressers were removed! Thirdly, the refrigerator wasn’t working when we arrived. The manager said she couldn’t do anything until maintenance came in the following morning. But somehow when we arrived later in the evening, it was working! Overall, the stay was okay, but nothing to write home about.

Clarion Point was a nice hotel. Quiet and clean. It is close to a large gas station that services semi trucks and a Denny's restaurant. There is a nice sidewalk around the building, but I did not feel comfortable venturing beyond the hotel property.

Wonderful location! The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and nicely appointed, the breakfast was very good, and the beds were comfortable. The parking lot is a little rough, but well lit and safe. We’ll be back.
