Front desk personnel were friendly and check-in & check-out were a breeze thanks to the kiosks. Loved the sparkling water and coffee service in the lobby. Lobby was spacious and comfortable.
Felt very safe and a great location in walking distance to everything.
Bed was comfortable, great A/C and water pressure. Complimentary toiletries smelled great.

probably won't stay here again. Take slow elevators to the lobby, only to take a seperate set of elevators to the room.
Self-check in is a wild concept (while the front desk clerk stands next to you), room was not ready, front desk had a little attitude, had no housekeeping service while I was there (3 days), the charge $50 for late check out at noon, $100 for 3pm. And lastly, they make your self-check out. the only positive, great location.

The pictures online are nothing like the actual property. The rooms are so old, smelly & the beds are very uncomfortable. We felt totally scammed by the online photos. I would never go back. We told the staff about our experience & they stared back at us with no response. Terrible service.

Located on Chestnut Street, with buses to the historic area, and only a few blocks from Suburban Station and a rail line to the airport.
Lots of shopping and restaurants to satisfy any taste, though I often found myself at Reading Terminal Market.
The hotel is only a few blocks north of Rittenhouse Square, an urban oasis of trees, flowers, and benches.
One nice feature: a coffee/espresso machine in the lobby, and fountains on each floor to re-fill water bottles.
The staff was professional and helpful.
I don’t get to return to my hometown as often as I’d like, but will definitely be staying here again.

This was my second stay in a club quarters hotel in the last year. The staff are so friendly. The rooms are a reasonable size but unless you are in a suite you will only be spending a minimal amount of time there anyhow.
