C'mon Inn Hotel & Suites

Staff was very fried lol

All of the staff at the hotel were pleasant and courteous. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options to choose from. Very nice hot tubs.

The check-in was great. Friendly employees. The property and building is beautiful. There are 7 hot tubs, large pool, small arcade and a beautiful waterfall with a coy pond. Definitely stay here again.

Your hotel was very convenient for the gathering of families and large groups. If we ever visit Grand Forks again, we would gladly make reservations at the Cmon Inn. Thx.

Only half the hot tubs are warm, the air conditioning didn’t work in our room, the outside doors don’t actually look so anyone can walk in. Breakfast was great thought!

Clean

Nice and quiet considering the location area! Comfortable beds, great breakfast, and the recliner was nice to have!

While we did appreciate the staffs efforts to assist us, there were things broken in our room, it was actually laughable. The fridge door handle was broken, dangling off, a lamp was dangling off the wall, the phone was broken and then one evening we decided to settle down for a movie and the TV froze. Using our cel phone to call the front desk (since the phone in the room didn’t work) the staff offered to provide us with a second room which was nice. As he was working alone and was not able to fix the TV. In the second room, we found the temperature cold so we had to call him back And unfortunately, he couldn’t get the thermostat to go warmer than 68° So it wasn’t that bad but the hotel should’ve had a maintenance worker to keep things in running order.

I would not recommend this hotel. I have stayed in the past and it used to be excellent, this is not the case anymore. We arrived and checked in to a dirty room. Blood stains and hairs in one of the beds, someone’s snacks left in the bedside table and carpets that clearly had not been vacuumed. The lobby and hot tub area was ok however the bottom of the pool and hot tubs was not clean with debris. There are much nicer properties to spend your money and time at in Grand Forks.

The outside windows definitely need replacing. We could hear all the road traffic as if the window was open, when it wasn't. There also ain't much for soundproofing for the hallway either. The air system could also use an overhaul.

I will stay here again when I'm in the area. 5 hot tubs and a pool. Great breakfast. Great stay.

The staff were very helpful. The wallpaper is peeling. toothpaste on the wall. Stains on ceiling. Drafty.
